Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina

The Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina is a local professional association comprised of small-, moderate-, and large-volume residential builders, multifamily and commercial builders, and remodeling contractors. Associate members represent a broad spectrum of professionals supporting the building industry in its many facets. They include subcontractors, retail and wholesale suppliers, architects, engineers, mortgage lenders, realtors and many other professionals. These Builder and Associate Members have been working together in the BIA of Central SC since 1958 to make the American dream of home ownership a reality for Columbia residents.
