SEPTEMBER BIA MEETING The membership of the BIA of Central SC met on Tuesday, September 10 at the Capital City Club for a General Meeting. The winners of the 2019 Central Carolina Building & Remodeling Awards were announced and our special guest speaker was Tommy Suggs, Carolina Football Radio Color Analyst. Judges reviewed all of the projects in person or by the submitted entry and determined winners in each category. Both award programs are sponsored by Columbia Metropolitan magazine. During this meeting, we revealed the award winners in each program.
