EN - It is hard not to notice the small mountain-shaped houses scattered around Lombok's green hills. With their unique thatched roof touching the ground, Lumbung are in fact a typical structure of Sasak culture, and traditionally used as a rice barn. The charm of this traditional building has conquered modern designers, and the Lumbung has now been adopted as a contemporary style for the design of private houses and bungalows where many people opt to stay during their holidays. However, this is just a small example of Sasak architecture, a well-kept building tradition that integrates people's needs, identity and beliefs. FR - Il est difficile de ne pas remarquer les maisons en forme de petite montagne éparpillées sur les collines vertes de Lombok. Avec leur toit de chaume qui descends jusqu'au sol, le Lumbung est une structure typique de la culture Sasak ayant traditionnellement fonction de grenier. Le charme de ce bâtiment traditionnel a conquis les designers modernes et le Lumbung a été adopté dans la conception de maisons privées et de bungalows, particulièrement aimé des touristes qui visitent la région. Toutefois, le Lumbung n'est qu'un exemple de l'architecture Sasak, une tradition bien préservée qui intègre les besoins aussi bien que l'identité et les croyances des habitants.

The three Gili Islands, composed of Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air are located off the northwest coast of Lombok. In Sasak language, "gili" means "small island. " There are more than 30 Gilis around Lombok but Trawangan, Meno and Air are by far the most frequently visited. Because of their proximity to the equator, they have a tropical climate throughout the year with an average air temperature of 28C and water temperatures ranging from 26 to 29C. The rainy season runs from November to April and the dry season from May to October. The Gilis bathe in the Bali Sea, at the convergence of the Indian and Pacific Oceans and enjoy a drier Gililife 20

micro-climate than the rest of Indonesia due in part to the fact that they are situated between two great volcanoes- Mount Rinjani on Lombok and Mount Agung on Bali. Like the majority of the Lombok community, the inhabitants of the Gili Islands are primarily Muslim and each island has a mosque(s) emitting sounds of live prayer five times daily. Bahasa Indonesia is the national language spoken that unites all of the country’s islands but Gili locals speak Sasak Gili Air which is slightly different to Sasak Lombok.About 200 years ago, fishermen from Sulawesi of Makassar, Bugis and Mandar ethnicities arrived on

the Gili Islands. They began to settle temporarily because of the abundance of fish in the sea and the presence of fresh water on Gili Air and at that time, sectioning off a bit of land with string was enough to claim it. These otherwise nomadic people began to settle in the Gilis and cultivate the land, planting peanuts, tapioca and corn whilst continuing their tradition of fishing. They sold and exchanged their produce in the markets of Lombok and also traded portions of their land for livestock, rice and other much needed items not native to the islands. Coconut palms are indigenous to the Gilis while mango, banana and papaya trees have been

introduced over the years. The first Western traveler to set foot on the Gili Islands came in 1984 to Gili Air. By the mid 1990’s Bali had gained international recognition as a travel destination and the Gilis began to be known as an off-the-beaten-track paradise escape. Today, the Gili Islands are flourishing and are attracting all types of visitors from every corner of the globe. Over time, the people of the Gili Islands have adapted to a multitude of changes and cultural immersions but have managed to maintain their cultural identity. Historically the people here have seen their days of hardship when during WWII, Lombok and the Gili Islands were occupied by Japanese forces. The islands were used to contain prisoners of war and the locals endured forced labour. A hill situated on the south of Trawangan was used as a lookout post and today remnants of the bunker still remain. Trawangan derived it's name from the Indonesian word "terowongan" meaning "tunnels" of which a network were dug by the occupying forces. The holes have since been filled in. Le premier étranger venu de l'occident est arrivé en 1984 à Gili Air et les premiers touristes, dans les années 90 lorsque Bali a acquis sa réputation mondiale ! Aujourd'hui, les îles Gilis sont de plus en plus populaires et séduisent un bon nombre de voyageurs venus de différentes horizons. Au fil du temps, les habitants des îles Gili se sont adaptés à une multitude de changements et d'immersions culturelles, mais ont réussi à conserver leur identité. Historiquement, ils ont vécu des moments difficiles. Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, l'île de Lombok et les Gilis étaient occupées par les forces japonaises. Les îles ont été utilisées pour maintenir les prisonniers de guerre et les habitants ont subi le travail forcé. Une colline située au sud de Trawangan a été utilisée comme poste d'observation et aujourd'hui les vestiges d'un bunker demeurent. When you hear about Gili T you probably also hear the words "party island" yeah? Thought we should just address that straight away! Gili T gained this title because it is the largest of the three northern Gili Islands with the most development, hence it offers the greatest abundance of everything- including nightlife. There are fantastic parties every night of the week that attract large crowds of people from all different walks of life and every corner of the globe. Nightly features start with a sizzling local food market and advance into live music, beach parties and DJ's. There's also the option of watching movies screened at an open air beach "theatre." The rumored growth of Trawangan from a backpacker island into something of a glam island is supported by the unveiling Gililife 22

© ZHIVIRGO - Gililife of new upscale boutiques, restaurants, resorts, spas, and now a heli-pad, however, it remains a hub of charm for a wide spectrum of travelers. It's an iconic island of variety with numerous options for every budget/lifestyle for eating, sleeping (backpacker dorms to luxury villas), entertainment and activities. Gili T has extraordinarily beautiful beaches and shimmering ocean waters of crystal-clear visibility for diving and snorkeling. This island boasts some of the finest coral gardens and the widest range of dive centers with the best socializing opportunities. Although it is predominately known as a party island, Gili T has much more to it and venturing away from the densely developed east coast, you can find a plethora of vacant beaches. Renting a bicycle is a great way to see the island, bearing in mind there are some sandy patches! Seeing how life works here can be very eye-opening: it's not an escape from reality- just a slightly different one but understandably surreal nonetheless! There are several conservation organizations based here including Gili Eco Trust (GET) and The Gili Shark Foundation- ask around (try dive centers) about how you can get involved! As you may know- there is no motorized transport in the Gilis and what a soothing break that can be! Surfing is popular off the south and it's not unwise to speak to locals about the break. For a supreme viewpoint walk up the hill on the south that was previously used as a lookout during WW II.

Lorsque vous entendez parler de Gili T, vous entendez souvent dire que c'est l'île de la fête, n'est-ce pas ? Il est aussi possible de visionner des films en plein air. Trawangan est l'îlot du "Glam" avec ses resorts, ses spas, ses restaurants chics, ses boutiques et son héliport ! C'est la plaque tournante de charme pour un grand nombre de voyageurs. Trawangan est l'île du choix et convient à tous les budgets et à tous les styles de vie. Que vous soyez "routards" ou que vous recherchiez un logement de grand standing, tout est possible. La nourriture est très diverse et internationale, vous aurez aussi un grand choix d'activités et de divertissements ! Gili T possède de très belles plages aux eaux limpides et cristallines idéales pour la plongée et la balade aquatique en masque, palme, tuba (snorkeling).

Cette île possède quelques-uns des plus beaux jardins de corail et le plus grand nombre de centres de plongée. Bien qu'elle soit surtout connue comme une île "de fête", Gili T cache un nature dense et douce, aventurez-vous loin des côtes pour découvrir la magnifique cocoteraie ou les plages désertes de la côte ouest. N'ayant aucun transport motorisé aux îles Gilis, la location d'un vélo est un excellent moyen de découvrir l'île, et aussi une expérience aventureuse ! Il existe plusieurs organisations de conservation sur Gili T comme Gili Eco Trust (GET), Gili Shark Fondation et bien d'autres... Demandez autour de vous, dans les centres de plongée comment vous impliquer ! Set between Gili Air and Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno arguably offers the finest beaches of all the Gili Islands. The sands are white and soft beneath your feet and you can relax on vacant stretches of beach lined with coconut trees. Meno is the real escape to paradise where you can fill your days with activities like diving, snorkeling, surfing or just simply taking in the tranquil views. This island is a treasure of local lifestyle where time seems to bend and life seems to slow down. It is the least developed island where you can completely relax amongst abundant nature- Meno is a holiday within a holiday. Here you can walk or take a cidomo (horse&cart) to attractions such as the salt lake where it's possible to spot rare blue kingfishers and the elusive island monitor lizard, or venture to the eerie remnants of an abandoned resort- where a popular wreck-dive site exists just offshore. There are no bicycle rentals in Meno but it's possible to walk the island in an hour. Gili Meno offers great selections of local and western restaurants and most places serve a variety of the two. There are also traditional warungs

for popular local dish- nasi campur. There is a variety of accommodation on Meno and your options range from backpacker dorms, beachfront and village bungalows to luxury villas, apartments and resorts. There is also open air barugastyle accommodation for the true outdoorsmen- er, and women! Other points of interest on Meno include a bird park and the turtle conservation pools (which run entirely on donations). This island is primarily popular amongst couples and those seeking a more enlightening, recharging time. Yoga and meditation are up there with diving and honeymooning for making Gili Meno an ideal travel destination. In the past, Meno was said to have a mosquito problem but this is not the case- in the wet season there are normal levels of what you would expect in a tropical place, perhaps even less, and in the dry season- tidak apa apa- no problem!! ➜ Gili Meno is the island of sweet simplicity and nature where you will sigh with happiness Située entre Gili Air et Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno possède sans doute les plus belles plages de toutes les îles Gili . Il n'y a pas de location de vélos à Meno mais il est possible de faire le tour de l'île en une heure. Il y a aussi les warungs (restaurants traditionnels) pour les populaires plats locaux comme le Nasi Campur. The tree - L'arbre

Native to India and Bangladesh, the jackfruit is a large tree that typically grows in tropical rainy climates and is very diffused in Southeast Asia. It can grow up to 30 mt and produces over 250 fruits per season. Originaire de l'Inde et du Bangladesh, le jacquier est un grand arbre commun dans les climats pluvieux tropicaux et répandu en Asie du sudest. Il peut atteindre 30 mètres de hauteur et chaque saison il produit plus de 250 fruits.

The Fruit - Le fruit

Three years after plantation, jackfruits start producing huge fruits of a unique shape and sweet taste. Jackfruit is considered the largest tree-borne fruit, and can weight as much as 35 kg and measure up to 90cm in length. Each fruit is composed of many orangeyellow edible bulbs made of sweet flesh and big light brown seeds. Trois ans après la plantation, le jacquier commence à produire des énorme fruits ayant une forme unique et une saveur douce. Le jacquier est considéré comme le fruit le plus gros produit par un arbre. Il peut peser jusqu'à 35 kg et mesurer jusqu'à 90 cm de longueur. A l'intérieur, le fruit contient de nombreux bulbes jaune-orange comestibles à la chair sucrée et des grosses graines marron clair.

The seed - Les graines

Every bulb of the jackfruit contains a seed about 2-4cm long. Seeds are very rich in proteins and minerals, but they need to be cooked to be edible. They are sun-dried and roasted to be used during rainy season. Chaque bulbe de jacquier contient une graine d'environ 2-4 cm de longueur. Les graines sont très riche en protéines et minéraux mais il faut les cuisiner pour qu'elles soient comestibles. On les sèche et grille pour les cuisiner pendant la saison des pluies.

Culinary uses

Applications culinaires Jackfruit flesh is edible; the ripe fruit is usually consumed on its own or used to make jams. In Indonesia, it is fried to make kerupuk nangka (jackfruit crackers) or mixed with ice to make es campur. Unripe jackfruit is popular in local cuisine, because it is very nutricious and its fibrous texture can take up any flavour, and it is considered a meat substitute. Sun-dried seeds are a delicious snack or used in place of lentils in soups. La chair du jacquier est comestible. Le fruit mûr est consommé seul ou utilisé pour préparer des confitures. En Indonésie, on le frit pour préparer les “kerupuk nangka” (crackers de

jacquier) ou on le mélange avec des glaçons pour le “es campur”. Le fruit vert est populaire dans la cuisine locale, parce qu'il est très riche en nutriments et sa texture fibreuse absorbe toutes les saveurs. Il est considéré comme un substitut de la viande. Les graines séchées sont un snack délicieux et aussi utilisées à la place des lentilles dans les soupes.

Located in the north-east of Gili Air, HAN'S REEF has a sandy bottom dotted with a great variety of corals such as branching coral, flower coral and star coral. It is widely appreciated by photographers mainly for the macro: nudibranch, leaffish, frogfish, schrimp, ribbon eel... But do not worry everyone is going to enjoy this dive, not least because of the green turtles that can be found in one of the barrel sponges on the second pinacle. It is also easy to spot some scorpionfi cuttlefish, bluespotted stingray, pufferfish, giant moray and garden eel. After going around the coral massifs, where the bases are no deeper than 23 meters, you can finish your dive on a coral plateau which lines the island at 5 meters deep. Suitable for all certification levels, all divers agree that this site is full of surprises. Localisé au nord-est de Gili Air, HAN'S REEF et son fond sableux ponctué de montagnes de coraux variés tels que des coraux branchus, coraux fleurs ou coraux étoilés, est un site très apprécié des photographes principalement pour sa macro : nudibranches, poissons feuilles, antennaires, crevettes, murènes rubans... Mais rassurez-vous chacun saura apprécier cette plongée également pour ses tortues vertes que l'on trouve fréquemment dans une des éponges bariques du deuxième pinacle. Il vous sera facile aussi de voir des poissons scorpions, seiches, raies pastenagues à tâches bleues, poissons globes, murènes géantes et anguilles jardinières. Après avoir fait le tour de ces massifs coralliens dont les bases n'excèdent pas les 23 mètres, vous pourrez finir votre plongée en beauté sur le plateau qui borde l'île à 5 mètres de profondeur. The name cuttlefish comprises a very large group of cephalopods, namely molluscs similar to squid and octopus and known for their large brain and soft body. Only the cuttlefish species of the sepiidae order have a bone, which allows them to manage their buoyancy. Cuttlefish have 8 arms and 2 tentacles, which they use to catch prey. They move by jet-propulsion and, when threatened, they eject a cloud of dark ink which is kept in an ink sac near the rectal gland. Although smaller than some squid species, Australian giant cuttlefish can reach 1 metre of length. Cuttlefish are also known for their eyes, very sophisticated organs which allow them to see the polarization of light, and for their amazing camouglage techniques, which they use for protection, predation and courtship. Cuttlefish are carnivourous and mainly feed on crab, shrimp and fish. They use amazing camouflage to lure prey, which they catch with their long tentacles. Male cuttlefish are known for showing off their colourful bodies during mating season. They use camouflage to attract females, changing their colour from pink ot brown and even displaying stripes and dots! After mating, females lay up to 200 eggs and then both adult females and males die, leaving room to new schools of juvenile cuttlefish. Les mâles sont connus pour parader avec leurs couleurs flamboyantes pendant la saison des amours. Another alternative is a snorkeling trip - a day out on a boat. You leave in the morning around 9am for a full circuit of the Gilis, visiting the best snorkeling spots of the three islands. You stop for lunch and finish about 4pm. You can book this trip on site or at your hotel. Downstairs, you will find a weight room with 2 treadmills and all type of training equipment to train the whole body. Upstairs, you will have access to another room with exercise bikes and punching balls for your boxing training! They also offer Zumba classes. There is a very nice atmosphere and the space is clean and well entertained. The staff is available to give suggestions and show you the right way to use the equipment. La salle est climatisée et on vous donnera une petite serviette rafraichissante à votre arrivée. Je vous conseille vraiment d’aller faire un petit tour car faire du bien à son corps c’est aussi faire du bien à sa tête ! Alors motivezvous et aller transpirer à Holiday Fit pour quelques instants, vous vous sentirez bien mieux après !

Throughout the country, the “rumah adat” (custom house) is traditionally the centre of family relations, customs & traditions, myths & taboos and reflects the identity of its inhabitants. The house is built together by the villagers and its design reflects the needs and the size of the family that will live in it. Often, people move together with their house, carrying it to the new location with the help of their neighbours. La richesse culturelle de l'Indonésie est bien représentée par la diversité de son architecture vernaculaire, qui est différente en fonction de l'île et du groupe ethnique. Sasak Architecture In Sasak society, a house (rumah adat) is more than a shelter. A house bears symbolical and philosophical values reflected in its shape and looks, has to be built at a specific time and location and each space has a specific function within the family routine and hierarchy. It represents a person's or group's expression of the relationship with the rest of the community, nature and the divine. The shape of the Sasak house that we see today dates back to the 17th century and has been integrated with Bali traditional vernacular architecture and other influences. It has a thatched roofed house with bamboo walls (bedek) and a floor made of clay mixed with dung, has a small door and no windows and it is accessed through a ladder with 3 stairs. These stairs are symbols of human life (birth, growth, death) and family (father, mother, children). Usually, the elders of the family live in the upper floors, and the youngest at the bottom, so that who is above serves as a role model to who lives below. There are many different kinds of buildings in Sasak families' housing complexes, which cater for different needs and different members of the family. For example, the berugah is the open air living room, located at the front of the main house and the place where guests are welcomed and older people relax, whereas the sekenam is located at the back of the house and is the place where the family gathers for learning and teaching activities. Dans la société Sasak, une maison (rumah adat) est plus qu'un abri, mais incarne des valeurs symboliques et philosophiques reflétées dans sa forme et son apparence. On doit construire à un moment et un endroit spécifique et chaque espace joue un rôle précis dans la routine et la hiérarchie de la famille. La forme de la maison Sasak que l'on voit aujourd'hui date du 17ème siècle et elle a été intégrée à l'architecture vernaculaire traditionnelle balinaise et à d'autres influences. Elle présente un toit en chaume, des parois en bambou (bedek) et le sol et fait de claie mélangée avec du fumier ; la porte est petite, il n'y a pas de fenêtres et on y accède par une échelle ou escalier à 3 marches. Les marches symbolisent la vie humaine (naissance, développement, mort) et la famille (père, mère, enfants). Généralement, les personnes âgées vivent aux étages supérieurs et les jeunes en bas, de telle sorte que ceux qui sont en haut servent d'exemple pour ceux qui habitent en bas. Il existe plusieurs types de bâtiments dans les propriétés familiales Sasak, chacun répondant à des besoins différents des membres de la famille. Par exemple, la berugah est le salon en plein air qui se trouve à l'entrée de la maison principale et où on accueille les invités et où l'on se repose. La sekenam se trouve à l'arrière de la maison et c'est l'endroit où la famille se regroupe pour des activites culturelles.

Lumbung Lumbung padi means “rice barn” and, in fact, in Sasak architecture this is the original function of this cute looking building, which can be easily distinguished by the mountain-shaped roof that dives downwards from the top to the ground. In the villages, lumbungs are typically built in rows, with the only opening facing the same direction. This structure has bamboo walls (bedek), a wooden floor and a thatched roof supported by bamboo beams. A dung and soil platform is made under the wooden floor. Traditionally, these buildings are loaded twice a year with rice and serve the daily needs of the family. However, today the Lumbung has become a style of contemporary vernacular architecture and has been adapted to build private houses and bungalows. As a matter of fact, it is one of the favourite hideaway by tourists visiting Lombok and the Gili islands! Lumbung padi signifie “grenier” et, dans l'architecture Sasak, c'est la première fonction de cet original et joli bâtiment. On peut le reconnaître facilement grâce à son toit à la forme de sommet d'une montagne qui arrive jusqu'au sol. Dans les villages, on construit les lumbungs en rangée, tous orientés dans le même sens. Les parois sont en bambou (bedek), le sol est en bois et le toit en chaume est soutenu par des poutres en bambou. Une plateforme en terre et fumier supporte le sol en bois. Traditionnellement, ces structures, remplies de riz deux fois par an, desservaient les besoins quotidiens de la famille. Aujourd'hui le Lumbung est devenu un style de l'architecture vernaculaire contemporaine et a été adapté dans la construction de maisons privées et de bungalows. WHEN- Quand • The Primbon Tapel Adam (divining manual) is consulted to decide the right time to build a house. Sasak people are originally from Lombok, where they represent the majority of the population. Ethnically related to the Balinese, they speak Sasak, a distinct language that has 9 different varieties. The Sasak language spoken in the Gilis is known as Gangga (Kutó-kuté). Sasak possesses a system of speech levels and, as Balinese and Javanese, social classes are reflected in lexical differences. In fact, Since the 14th century, Sasak society has been divided into castes. Intermarriage is allowed but a woman who marries a man of a lower caste loses her status. From the 16th century, the Sasak adopted a syncretic form of Islam (wetu telu), which blends Hindu-Bhuddist influences, Sunni Islam, animism and ancestral Gililife 60

worship. Today, Sasak are known for their traditional pottery, that is the famous technique of “turun temurun”, the typical architecture, namely the pile-built rice barn called “lumbung” and, of course, the “gendang beleq”, the Sasak version of the Balinese gamelan, a dance and music performance featuring drums, flutes and cymbals. Wae Rebo is mainly known for its unique architecture, namely the typical Mbaru Niang, literally translated as Drum House, which act as a communal and tribal house. There are no technical drawings and these houses are made with a complicated building technique that has been transmitted from generation to generation. The traditional Manggarai house is a cone-shaped five-storied building made in wood, palm leaves and natural materials. Each of the five stories has its own function. The family lives and sleeps in the lower storey, while the highest is the sacred place of the house, dedicated to the souls of the ancestors. Each house is supported by a main pole, the siri bongkok. This is a sacred place where the family places the drum, which is the symbol of the tribe. Wae Rebo is the only Manggarai village where this ancient building technique is still adopted.

Warung is one of the words in Bahasa Indonesian you are likely to hear more often. Meaning “small restaurant”, in Indonesia and in Malaysia a warung is an institution that indicates local food at a cheap price and in a familiar atmosphere. This word does not indicate the speed the meal will be served and it can be a fast food restaurant or a slow pace one according to what you decide to eat. If you go for nasi campur (mix rice), you will just have to pick what you want from the dishes on display and eat it right away. If you go for the warung best sellers such as mie goreng (fried noodles), nasi goreng (fried rice) or soto ayam (chicken soup), you will have the time to crack into a couple of krupuk (rice crackers) and burn your lips sipping a teh manis panas (sweetened hot tea) before you get served. In case you are daring and order some Western dish on the menu, you may end up spending the whole day in the warung and eventually become a member of the local family who run the place!

METHOD - PREPARATION Peel and cut roughly the avocado, put in the blender bowl. Mince the onions, ginger and garlic, pour also in the blender. Cut small the chili in stripes, pour into the blender with salt and pepper, mix for 1 or 2 minutes. Serve the guacamole in a small bowl and add some lime juice on top. Why geckos live in our houses Pourquoi les geckos vivent dans nos maisons

man was struggling to build a house. He had been working on it for many years, and still the roof was full of holes, and the walls were crooked. But he never gave up, as he wanted to have the most beautiful lumbung in the island. There was a tokay gecko who had been watching him since the beginning of the construction. He would laugh at him all the time for being so foolish, making little sounds like a bird chirping. One night, the exhausted man, talked to him: “Stop laughing at me!” The gecko answered: “You are a terrible architect! But I can help you build your house, if you promise me that you will let me live there once it is finished.” Geckos can speak to humans at night, and they are able to perform some magic, if you agree to make a pact with them. The man agreed; after all, it was just a tiny lizard, probably a figment of his imagination. But the following day, the man couldn’t believe his eyes, the lumbung was finished! He thought about the tokay and wanted to thank him, but already the lizard had nested in the roof, still laughing at the incredulous man. Since that day, you can always hear a gecko in each house in Indonesia. Il y avait un homme qui avait toutes les peines du monde à bâtir sa maison. Le toit était plein de trous, les murs étaient de travers, et pourtant il y avait des années qu’il s’était lancé dans cette construction. Mais jamais il ne voulu abandonner, car il était bien décidé à avoir le plus beau lumbung de toute l’île. Il y avait un gecko tokay qui l’observait depuis le début des travaux. Il passait son temps à se moquer de lui, pour être si têtu et maladroit. Il riait en s’esclaffant tel un petit oiseau, comme font tous les geckos. Une nuit, l’homme épuisé s’adressa à lui : « Arrête de te moquer de moi ! » Et le tokay lui répondit : « Tu es vraiment nul comme architecte ! Mais j’ai pitié de toi et je vais t’aider, si tu me promets de me laisser vivre dans ta maison une fois qu’elle sera terminée. » Les geckos peuvent parler aux humains la nuit tombée, et ils peuvent vous servir avec leur étrange magie, si vous faites un pacte avec eux. L’homme accepta, sans vraiment y croire. Pourtant le lendemain matin, sa maison de bric et de broc était devenue un magnifique lumbung ! Il pensa tout de suite au tokay, et voulu le remercier, mais déjà le lézard avait fait son nid dans le toit, toujours en se moquant de lui. Depuis ce jour, vous pouvez entendre un gecko dans toutes les maisons d’Indonésie.

There are cidomos (horse and cart) available for hire on the three islands and bicycle rentals on GILI T, Gili Air and now Gili meno. Vous pouvez vous déplacer en Cidomo (charrette à cheval) sur les 3 îles ou louer un vélo sur Gili T, Gili Air et maintenant à Gili Meno

On Gili Air public boats leave to Lombok starting at 7:30am. Meno to Lombok, twice a day, at 8am and 3pm. And on Gili T starting at 7am until 5pm.
