George Street, Perth Running on Saturday and Sunday as part of the Perth Festive Feast, this is a unique celebration of all things chocolate and gin, and is the perfect place to visit for special Christmas gifts and a treat or two (go on, we won’t tell). The gin is strictly for the grown-ups, but there’s also a lot to see and do for the family with chocolate in all forms to admire and taste.

Saturday 17 November 2018 Various places in city centre Here are a few of the street entertainers you can expect to see at our Christmas Light Switch-On: ❆ Bad Santas: Bad Santas is a Christmas entertainment walkabout with a pumping soundtrack, spectacularly dreadful breakdancing, their own mobile dance floor and joyful Christmas comedy. ❆ Liver Cottage at Christmas: Introducing festive foodie fun for all, Hugh Fern and Lee Whittingstall are on the move in their mobile, musical Christmas kitchen. ❆ Fagin and Dodge: Take to the streets of Perth in this Dickensian Christmas stilts walkabout. Theatrical and engaging, this duo charm their way into audiences hearts. It’s straight out of Oliver Twist. ❆ The Raiju: Meet the Raiju at the Perth Lights Switch-On as they unleash their very own brand of cute chaos on the unsuspecting public.

Led by Santa, the Christmas Parade starts from Thimblerow at 5.30 pm before finishing in South Street at Speygate.
