BTG SUMMER LUNCH DISTRIBUTION
There are still quite a few slots available to help BTG distribute lunches for their Summer Lunch Program. We have committed to the weeks of June 6, 13, and 27 (M-F; 11am - 1pm). THE GREAT BASILLICAS OF ITALY

Georgia Dome Tour | Thursday, July 21 | 9am - 2pm | $6 for the tour & travel | Sign up by July 7 | Enjoy this tour of the Dome. During the Summer, there will be no praise and worship for K-3rd grade children in the Chapel before Sunday School. Children and parents should check in with KidCheck outside the church office and then head up to their classrooms.

TODAY | 6pm | Parish Hall | At our Tuesday, June 14th Network Meeting at 6 PM, we have Development Authority representatives from Coweta, Newnan, Meriwether, Troup, and Fayette counties coming to speak to the group. The Development Authority reps will be giving us an update on our local economy, any new companies coming to the area, and employment opportunities from expansions.After the presentation, several local companies who have immediate job openings are invited to meet with you. And local area Georgia Department of Labor reps will be there to discuss any questions about their many support programs.

3-DAY MISSION CAMP FOR RISING 3RD-6TH
July 26-28 | 9am - 1pm | We’ll be packing boxes for Operation: Christmas Child, as well as serving at Bridging the Gap and RiverLife. Adult volunteers needed as well! Join us this summer as we partner with Coke’s Chapel UMC to learn more about missions and serving others both near and far. Each day we’ll gather at Newnan FUMC for fellowship, bible study, and hands on service projects. Bring your own lunch as each day we’ll sit and recap that day’s events while preparing our hearts for the next day’s adventure. We will also need the following items for Christmas Boxes: $7 for shipping per box, plastic shoe boxes, soccer ball with pump, stuffed animal, toys (puppets, trucks, etc.), dolls, musical instrument, outfit, shoes, toy cars, yo-yos, jump ropes, balls, pens/pencils, crayons/markers, notebooks/paper, calculators, coloring books, toothbrushes, bar soap, combs, washcloths, t-shirts, socks, hats, sunglasses, hair clips, jewelry, watches, flashlights. (Please do not include broken items, violent toys, food, liquids or lotions, medications/vitamins, or breakable items) Signups begin June 21!
