caustic1 Welcome to the first issue of the online house magazine for Industrial Poets. The word caustic has several obvious meanings but we like this one:- “...formed by the intersection of reflected or refracted parallel rays from a curved surface”, which is vague enough to cover most subjects... Our intention is to cover unexpected new areas and leave an impression. This first issue (and probably the next) is a test with this (for us) new media. It is retrospective, a collection of photos of mostly Swedish personalities taken during the last 3 years.
Industrial Poets is a collaboration between Madeleine Tunbjer and Mark Goldsworthy. Encompassing Fine Art, urban landscapes, graphic design and photography. One of our aims is to help industrial concerns create a visual/physical phenomena, a “totem pole” revealing and enhancing that company’s purpose and drive, it’s soul if you like. It’s form would be individual, a park, a book, a style, its aim; to nurture a common focus and ambition at all levels.
