NATURE TYPOLOGY

By now NATURE TYPES are linked to the WELL and presented as NATURE TYPOLOGIES.

It is necessary to do the same for the URBAN environment.

As the WELL can't be owned it is mandatory to respect a public use below 3m+ NAP. Floating elements are movable, buildings on pole are linked to a (imaginary) grid to serve permeability. Out of WELL-range the built environment can be 'fixed'.

The COMMUNITY CATALYLST is the intermediair and situated on zero-level. It is the director of the grid-system connecting up to 500 dwellings within a range of 1000 m. It is situated near water-level (appr. 0) as it serves a square and cay for cargo-transit.
