The new watercity consists of the elements out of the analysis and research.

First of all the landscape technic of the Marker Wadden is needed to control the amount of silt in the Markermeer to improve the ecological system. The lee structures will function as a healing gauze and be used as urban backbone. Sandpits are located where the pleistocene layer is near the surface and deeper parts of the lake are needed. The lee structures and sandpits follow the pattern of the flow simulation.

Guided by this landscape model and technic a new archipelago is in the making. Imagine the growth of a city landscape with the archipelago qualities of Stockholm and Venice within the dutch Markermeer!
