These are all clues that it's time for some careful consideration for your wardrobe. 1. You simply haven't thought about it. They say when you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Same is true for your wardrobe; and the consequences of not planning are dire. Any situation; from errands to formal networking, is a chance to flaunt your business. Did you know you have the power to attract new business without even initially speaking? Why not use your wardrobe as a walking business card? Stop losing out on potential clients! Educational benefits are often seen as risky propositions for entrepreneurs. Does it make sense to invest in your employees’ education, just to have them quit and go work for your competitor? A company is only as good as the talent behind it. Employees seeking an education are exposed to fresh ideas, skills and information regarding relevant trends and new ways to save resources, and often bring state-of-the-art ideas back into the company. The other way innovation infiltrates your organization is through your own efforts. Honestly, are you able to keep up with all the trends in human resources, law, accounting, insurance, manufacturing, sales, marketing, public relations, social media, and the list goes on? Probably not. But what type of education should you pay for? The answer is the type of education that would benefit your company the most, as well as your employees. Webinars, seminars, certifications and targeted educational opportunities for groups of employees
giving real-world experience or targeting specific issues may be a better answer than sending one manager for a general MBA. These programs can often be taught in-house more reasonably, and information learned is applied more quickly.
