first holiday show!

Quick recap from last week: the short version is that we did a really great job with the songs we knew, and the ones we "thought" we knew were a bit more of a struggle. A generic reminder for all our songs, but right now specifically for How High the Moon: just because we're going to continue working that song doesn't mean your work at home is done.

Clearly,

we didn't know the song as well as we thought, based on our struggles this past week. It is up to all of us to continuously work on our songs - this is the only way we can continue to grow week after week.

Next week, we will be singing the contest set with only the members that will be attending the convention - both to allow for positioning on the risers and to allow for coaching from the rest of the members present. Additionally, we will continue building How High the Moon, and we will get a heavy dose of Xmas with all 5 songs we've previously sung PLUS Winter Wonderland. See you Monday!
