CHRISTOPHER LÊ I have worked across a multitude of fields in the AEC industry including architectural design, interior design, and terminal planning. I focus on aviation terminal design, where I look to create the highest level of service for travelers through thoughtful and cognizant design. In addition to my technical work, I have continued efforts in leadership, foresight, and advancing DEI initiatives at Mead & Hunt. I have helped launch company foresight initiatives to help capture advancement and streamlining ideas among the employees of the company, as well as creating a better, safer, and more flourishing environment for underrepresented groups. A key piece of my work has been the creation of a yearly endowment of $18k for minority recruitment and retention in AEC fields of study. Additionally, I continue my work in Africa, that has culminated in nearly $25k raised for partner organizations, a primary school being built that serves 1000 students, 5 graduate research awards, and a presentation to the US State Department in DC. I sit on the Board of Directors for Artstillery, a 501c3 that captures that empowers marginalized communities with the arts, and I help teach the AIA Dallas Chapter of Emerging Leaders Program.
