Meet some of the team

Luke joined Wolseley in 2009 in Customer Services and worked his way up to Team Leader. He made the move to Technology in 2013 and hasn’t looked back. Luke has held various technical roles including Technical Analyst and Test Analyst which developed his understanding of key business systems and applications. He has now been promoted to Integration Services Manager and is responsible for all things middleware which is a great opportunity for Luke.

Starting out as a Graduate Trainee in 2007, Amadou quickly found his feet in the Wolseley Technology team as a Delivery Manager which really helped to develop his stakeholder management skills. Amadou has since worked in various areas of technology including the Business Analyst team and Service Transition where he has managed teams and partnered with different parts of the business. He has now been promoted to Project Manager and is working on high profile projects that will have a big impact on the business.

Dan joined Wolseley as a fresh-faced 18 year old in 1999 as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. He joined the Technology team as a Trainee Support Analyst on the Service Desk and shone as a top performer. He was then promoted to a Senior Problem Analyst in 2005 before taking up a secondment opportunity in the Testing Team as a Test Lead. This proved a good move with Dan being promoted to Test Manager in 2020, managing a team and continuing to improve testing in Wolseley.
