• Be patient with hair loss. Postpartum hair loss is common but temporary. Be gentle with your hair, avoid excessive heat styling, and consult a dermatologist if the hair loss persists.

• Self-care and stress management. Prioritise selfcare activities that promote relaxation, such as taking walks, practising deep breathing exercises, and getting enough rest. Managing stress can positively affect your skin’s overall health.

However, Charly’s journey to success wasn’t paved with roses. Raised in Las Vegas, she embarked on an unconventional path after leaving her hometown and the Mormon religion. Facing homelessness, she embraced her innate resilience and turned her life around. Vlogging her global escapades paved the way for her emergence as a social media pioneer, and her determination culminated in the formation of million-dollar enterprises.

With her magnetic presence and an arsenal of talents that spans music, modelling, entrepreneurship, and acting, Charly Jordan embodies the modern Renaissance woman.

You’re renowned for your prowess in music, now transitioning into acting. How do you channel your creative energy from the DJ booth to the acting stage? Across the board, I feel like discipline is important and consistency is everything, but it’s about having that raw energy. Being yourself is all you can do no matter what scenario you’re in, so I just had fun and did my best. I can’t wait to learn more about acting and get more into it!

From Las Vegas to global stardom, your journey is as unique as it is inspiring. How did your early experiences shape your determination to pursue an unconventional path?

The journey of how I got here has shoulder, which makes me want to do it that much more every day. I enjoy not being something people can slap a label on. I do everything that I do because I love it and that’s all that matters. There’s no “right way” to get there.

Smoke Roses and Beauty in Pain have captured hearts and minds. Could you elaborate on how these ventures transcend typical businesses and touch upon deeper societal issues?

Smoke Roses and BIP are companies that are meant to be community builders for people who are interested in speaking about mental health, human rights, and eco-conservation. Smoke Roses is biodegradable organic rolling

It’s been so incredible being able to consistently give back to good causes through these products that are hopefully leaving a minimal footprint.

Looking ahead, what can your audience expect from your upcoming album release?

that I put out that will represent me as an artist. I had an absolute blast, DJing and learning over the past four years, and now it’s time for me to really dive into taking the time to develop, as an artist, which I’m excited for. You can expect a combination of different cultures and sounds due to my travels, different features and collaborations with incredible people I’ve met over the past couple of years, as well as new sounds you haven’t heard before!

As someone who blurs the lines between fashion and music, could you share the creative synergy between these seemingly distinct worlds?

I’ll be honest, it’s been even a challenge for me. Being a part of both worlds with brooding artists who despise the thought of material things, and fashionistas who can’t live without their things. I have an equal interest in both and let people stop telling me what to wear a long time ago. My style is very androgynous so I feel like I can carry that across both professions. For DJing it’s not about you, it’s about the people. So I dress down and get comfy most times with designer streetwear brands or band tees that are still edgy, but I have to be able to move and interact with people. At events, shoots, social media, etc. I love pushing the boundaries of fashion and letting people do what fashion always go hand-in-hand synergy- , and music are very important.

Your recent single, “No Longer Mine,” time. How do you approach art as a means to express personal identity and inclusivity?

Art is an expression of who you are and my sexuality is a part of who I am, so to me, it just felt like an extension of expression. It felt like something I was actively holding back, so it was just nice

It felt very natural and will continue to be a part of my artistic expression.

Being an entrepreneur, DJ, model, and now actor how do you strike a balance between these dynamic roles while continuing to evolve?

Time management and balance are very important for me to be able to accomplish my goals across all these industries. But, my main focus is music . I I’m most passionate about and a lot of the other opportunities I have or things I do are hobbies of mine that I love to continue doing whenever I have the time.

Your journey underscores the power of social media. How have platforms like TikTok and Instagram shaped your narrative and empowered your artistic endeavours?

TikTok and Instagram have completely changed my life by giving me such a strong voice at such a young age. The core of the Internet is connecting with other people through mutual experiences, and that’s what I did. I love being open with my fans and communicating/connecting with people, so social media has always come very naturally to me, but it was never what I planned on doing for the rest of my life. It was amazing to have that in the beginning, and as I got older growing into what I am passionate about. Using my platform to educate about bigger issues like conservation or human rights is my ultimate goal across the board while connecting through music so that I can give back to the people who need it most. I get to have such a unique experience with social media and all I want to do is share that experience and educate my followers about things that can improve their lives, and give back to everyone who’s supported me.

As an advocate for mental and physical health awareness, how do you envision Beauty in Pain’s future impact on destigmatizing these crucial aspects of well-being?

Conversations are very uncomfortable for people when it comes to mental health. All we are trying to do is break the stigma around that. You can have conversations that are positive about hard things that you’ve been through. It’s one step at a time, not a giant leap. Countless times I’ve seen people at my shows that have connected with each other just from having my jewellery on. They instantly connect and have deep conversations about their mental health, beyond surface-level talk. We’re all human and we all go through similar experiences, so we’re not sure. I’m excited for Beauty in Pain‘s community to continue growing.

Call me crazy but Resorts World in Vegas. Just because I grew up in Vegas and have spent so much time there I just run around.

Your beauty routine on-the-go how do you stay camera-ready during travels?

I have a pretty intricate packing system. I have double of every product/ item so I don’t have to compromise on leaving certain products at home and can travel with everything I need.

A standout dish from your global travels that still tantalises your taste buds?

I went to a stunning, three-star Michelin restaurant in Amsterdam that changed my life forever. Food will never be the same. Also, the best street food I’ve ever had was in Singapore, hands-down!

Tell us about an adventure that made your travels truly unforgettable. I’ve been truly fortunate to have the most insane experiences across all of my travels, but I’ll never forget seeing Manta Rays in the wild in Bali. Three of them swam for an hour with us. It was truly unforgettable!

Have you stumbled upon a hidden gem during your journeys—a secret spot you cherish?

Absolutely! I have hidden spots all over the world and amazing friends in all those places that are the reasons they’re amazing.

The travel companion whether a playlist or ritual that adds comfort to every trip?

As you guys know, I have my own rolling paper company and no matter where I go, cannabis has been a comfort for me on the road. Especially when it comes to sleeping and eating. Like I said, people are so important for everything that I do, and having good people with me on the road is what makes or breaks it.

Any city or place you’d revisit in a heartbeat? What makes it so special?

Interlochen in Switzerland was hands-down the most quaint, beautiful town I’ve ever been to. It’s the adventure capital of Europe, so there’s nothing quite like it!

Share a spontaneous travel moment that turned into an incredible memory.

I was debating whether or not I should go to Dubai for New Year’s to play a show and ended up deciding to go at the last minute. I ended up meeting my, now, boyfriend of almost a year there, and can’t support system for me in everything I do!

As Nikki re-enters modelling in this new era, from a fresh, positive, and empowered perspective, she is ready to show the world that beauty is not just external, but an internal quality that penetrates the soul. While modelling across the globe and going to school, Nikki balances owning a wellness coaching service for women in the entertainment industry who seek to have peace with food called Live ED Free™. Nikki has dedicated her life to individuals who are striving to maintain a healthier relationship with their bodies and food. In this exclusive interview with Retreat Magazine, Nikki DuBose opens up about modelling, her transformative experiences, and her mission to shed light on the issues that matter most in the worlds of mental health and beyond.

NNikki DuBose began modelling as a child when her mother decided to enter her into a local fashion show in her hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. At sixteen, she began working with prestigious local agencies and several years later; she was signed with the likes of Elite Model Management Miami. Quickly, she landed a slew of editorials, campaigns, covers, and a Maxim calendar. However, after living out of a suitcase for years and travelling the globe in marvellous destinations like Tel Aviv, Barcelona, and Paris, Nikki decided it was time for a change. She momentarily traded modelling for academia, putting herself through college and eventually gaining acceptance into a doctoral program for clinical psychology. But as fate would see it, the modelling industry came calling again.

Your journey from modelling to becoming a Psy.D. student and an advocate for mental health is incredibly inspiring. Can you share some pivotal moments or experiences that led you to embark on this path?

I started out modelling as an adult in the early 2000s, long before Instagram dominated the industry. I always felt different from other models, as my body was curvier. I didn’t fit the typical look of a fashion model. I got turned down so many times because my “look” was deemed “too sexy” and I struggled tremendously with getting jobs because of this. As I travelled from New York to Paris, London to Israel, I heard “No” so many times. As a young woman, this was very hard on me mentally and emotionally. I had to step away to re-evaluate my goals and really come to terms with who I was as a personbeyond the image that was being sold to brands and casting agents. I had to unravel the image and regain a deep sense of confidence, which could only happen on a spiritual and emotional level. As I went to college, got my degree in psychology, and then went to graduate school, I learned about myself and how I could contribute to the world- what was important to me. In the first year of my doctorate studies in clinical psychology, I felt this yearning to return to modelling. I felt so healthy and confident in my body, like I had gained a lot of wisdom from the rejection I had experienced early on in modelling. So I said to myself, “I want to go back, but not as a re-invented version of myself, or someone who is trying to diet, but as an empowered, healthy Nikki. Someone who is very confident in who she is in the now and is proud of her body, the way it is now, just as it is, and shares the message that it is okay to be sexy, and to be educated, and to be all the parts of yourself and to celebrate that.”

Now that you are coming back into modelling, what are your hopes and dreams for the future?

I’ve always sought out to be a role model in everything that I do, so I envision that in every campaign, brand deal, cover, etc. I want young people to see me and say, “I can be a model, a doctor, a coach, a lawyer, a mom... anything I want to be.” Life may not always be easy, but I can accomplish my dreams if I put my mind to it That’s what I want young people to think of when they see my image, that they can achieve anything in life if they put their mind to it.

It seems you are turning a new chapter in your life, a new era of Nikki, perhaps?

That’s exactly right! This is a new chapter. Not a new me, because I’ve always believed in being authentic. But it’s time to turn the page and look forward to the new things that are to come. I’m very excited to return to modelling, to continue my doctorate, and to empower others in any capacity I can.

“Live ED Free” focuses on helping individuals find peace with their bodies and food through intuitive eating. Could you explain how this method works and why it’s valuable?

I focus on helping individuals, especially those in the performing arts or the entertainment industry. I help them regain a sense of balance and peace with food. It’s all about having a healthy relationship with one’s body and mind, and we lose that In diet culture. Our bodies know intuitively what works best for us, but in the diet world, we listen more to our heads than our hearts. I work with clients to regain the connection to the voice within so that they can go on to live a life that is intuitive, healthy, and happy.

In addition to your work as a model and ambassador, you’re also a Psy.D. student in Clinical Psychology. How do your academic pursuits complement your work as an advocate, and how do they inform your approach to mental health?

Getting my doctorate has been such a transformative process, one where I’ve had to learn about myself from the inside out. Really, learning about oneself is a lifelong process. Along this academic journey, I’ve discovered different passions which have led me to various advocacy causes, such as the children’s charity and other mental health organizations that focus on the homelessness crisis in Los Angeles. The world is so big, and we are all dealing with a lot of stress and environmental factors that impact how we think and behave. My role is to listen, be supportive, and be non-judgmental.

As an Ambassador for Darkness to Light, you’re dedicated to child sexual abuse prevention and advocacy. What inspired you to take on this role, and can you tell us about some of the initiatives or projects you’re involved in?

I care deeply about this issue as it’s really a silent epidemic in our world. Children should always be protected, and I believe that there should be more resources out there dedicated to preventing this from happening. Darkness to Light is an incredible organisation that focuses on providing training programs for the public, advocacy, research, and education. I worked with them on a video educational series this year for their training programs, and I am excited to collaborate on more projects in the future.

What advice would you give to individuals who are struggling with mental health issues and may be hesitant to seek help or share their stories?

There’s always someone out there who cares and who wants to listen. You matter in this world, more than you’ll ever know or understand. I know it can seem very scary and overwhelming at times, but always remember, light shines brighter than the dark. Reach out and talk to someone, anyone. You are worth it.

Nikki DuBose’s HOLIDAY RULES

What’s your favourite travel destination?

Wow, that’s a REALLY hard question to answer! I am a travel fanatic, and a huge lover of culture, food and of life. I have been extremely fortunate to have lived in 15-20 countries because of my modelling career, and with each new country, I fall in love with something new. I see the world as one big playground, and so it’s not so much as where my favourite place is as much as just being in the moment when I am travelling and soaking every sight, sound, sensation, all of it in However, I am extremely fond of the Caribbean and Spain I think this is due to my mom’s heritage the tropical weather and culture are in my blood! I love the relaxed attitude, the beautiful turquoise water of the Caribbean, and the Gothic architecture in Barcelona. I do try to get back to Spain as often as I can.

Favourite hotel?

I am a big fan of the Hotel Du Cap Eden Roc. But again, I absolutely adore discovering luxury hotels around the world. Every luxury hotel typically has something unique and magical about it.

Share your top beauty tip for staying fresh and fabulous while jet-setting. Hydration is so important; I can’t stress this enough. Drinking tons of water would be my number one! It’s easy to reach for the coffee when you’re tired and travelling a lot, but it tends to dry out the skin, so I would recommend drinking a lot of water, even more than you normally would if you weren’t travelling.

Any fashion must-haves you always pack?

Yes, a lot of nude underwear and tape! Especially in the summer when I am wearing these sheer, flowy dresses. When travelling, I will bring clothes that are mostly lightweight and very versatile. I believe that the foundation of beautiful skin starts internally, so I drink a lot of water and celery juice when travelling as it helps to keep my skin clear. I love my daily glow serum from Merit and all of the Tata Harper products.

What’s your airport style?

I always wear clothes that can be layered or changed in a pinch to wear to a casting, dinner, or event. I love black leggings, a nice pair of designer jeans, tennis shoes or flats, and a fitted shirt. Of course, this depends on where I am headed off to and the weather, but the concept is to wear versatile clothes that still have some element of your own style. You will always find me in some crazy pair of designer sunglasses

I am a huge fan of hydra facials, laser treatments, and microneedling.

So many! For online I love NET-A-PORTER and Revolve. New York is great for vintage finds and creating your own sense of style. But then I love to go to Paris for the pure beauty of the city and to pick up on the energy of the French style.

Heather Thomson is a woman of many talents. She’s a fashion designer, entrepreneur, podcaster, philanthropist, performer, speaker, athlete, and licensed health and wellness coach. But what truly sets her apart is her passion for helping others. Thomson began her career in the fashion industry, working as a designer and stylist for some of the biggest names in the business, including Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, and Sean “Diddy” Combs. She later founded her own fashion-forward shapewear collection, Yummie Tummie, which quickly became a success. But Thomson wasn’t content to simply be a successful fashion designer. She also wanted to use her platform to help others achieve their own goals. So she became a certified integrative health coach and began sharing her knowledge and expertise with others. She’s created corporate employee health programs, given nutrition lectures across the country, and provided wellness workshops and retreats. She’s also the founder of Beyond Fresh, an organic superfood nutrition brand.

Thomson’s passion for wellness is evident in everything she does. Her podcast, in MY heart, is a platform for sharing her own experiences and insights, as well as the stories of others who have overcome challenges and found their way to a healthier and happier life. She’s also a regular contributor to magazines and websites, and she’s been featured on network news channels such as CNN, CNBC, FoxBusiness, and MSNBC.

In her words, “I believe that everyone has the power to live a healthy and fulfilling life, and I am committed to helping people achieve their goals.” Thomson has dedicated her life to helping others, and she is redefining success on her own terms.

Why did you create Heather Thomson Freedom Retreats & Adventure Travel?

We all encounter circumstances in life that challenge us, that we may feel stuck in, overwhelmed by, or that may leave us feeling isolated. Finding our freedom is a reset, or a kick-start, toward the life you want to be living or the person you want to be living it. Whether it’s releasing past traumas, or recognizing unhealthy thought patterns and discovering how to rewire them, or discovering our origin story and changing the narrative. When you open up to a power greater than yourself, can listen to the spiritual guidance you receive, and lean into your truest-self, there is endless freedom and grace available for us to tap into.

You’re an avid adventurer, with expeditions to Patagonia, Nepal’s Himalayas, and Mount Kilimanjaro under your belt. What draws you to these types of experiences?

Growing up in the Hudson Valley (a historic region between the Catskills and the Berkshire Hills), the mountains have always had an alluring quality for me. It’s true if you’ve heard it, “they call to you” And climbing to the top of one can teach you a lot about life and a lot about yourself. I call it Dirty Freedom. The profound part of climbing is the journey to get there.The summit is a great reward, but it’s the planning, the effort, that sheer determination to get there, the suffering, the joy, the perseverance and the failures, that can mimic life, and can turn into deep personal growth. To me, climbing is getting lost for a while, in all that is you, shoved into a backpack, sleeping in the dirt for a bunch of days, while being exposed to something new every day, I liken it to a spiritual experience where I can free myself and find myself.

We have been hearing so much about your Freedom Retreats. Can you share more?

My Freedom Retreats are small-group, destination retreats specializing in adventure, nutrition and wellness, using different modalities including, fitness, guided experiences, meditations, workshops, and significant therapies with leading experts, steeped in clean nourishment, the power of nature, adventure and positive self talk. It is all about, filling up our tanks with new experiences, new perspectives, positivity, and self-love.

What inspired you to host your latest Dirty Freedom Retreat at the Red Rock Resort Casino and Spa, and what did you hope to achieve?

I host each retreat in a different location. I have many return guests and I want to challenge them in different ways. Each property lets us explore new and different adventures. The Vegas desert is the perfect backdrop for adventure and renewal surrounded by breathtaking beauty and luxury. Dirty Freedom Vegas was about looking under our hoods, stepping out of our comfort zones and opening up through the power of nature, igniting our senses with connection, community, and healing touch. My retreats provide a safe space to free up the soul from our conscious minds living to frequently in the past and to concerned with the future and assist us to re-wire our senses and understand what it feels like to live life in the present. My hope always is to bring us a step closer to finding the freedom and the joy available to us each and every day and learning to tap into it through self love, self exploration, and community.

Can you share some of the highlights of the weekend, and which activities or workshops were particularly wellreceived by the group?

What stands out for me is taking that first leap of faith and just showing up. The miracles that come through simply making the effort and the commitment, to be vulnerable, that is amazing. Next, it’s the breakthroughs. The acceptance, the forgiveness, the self-discovery that leads to self-awareness, it is just the best thing to see. And lastly, the adventure! An experience that leaves you with the feeling you can accomplish anything, is an incredible experience to highlight. Being exhilarated, letting go of control, and the belly laughing that comes with it, are some of my favorite parts.

How did the group of women who attended the retreat bond and support each other throughout the weekend, and what impact did this have on their personal growth and wellness journey?

People supporting each other in the absence of fear, in a place that flourishes in self-discovery and change and love, is a place lasting bonds are built. It is a privilege to see the connections happen. Creating a non-judgmental and encouraging environment for people to explore in has proven to be a uniquely beautiful gift and enlightening part of my own journey.

In what ways did the retreat emphasise the importance of freedom, both as an individual and as part of a supportive community?

Freedom is freeing yourself of your chains, finding your voice, trusting yourself and/or others, examining your choices, choosing to make different choices. Practising self-love with the support of others, all trying to do the same, creates a community in itself, and the activities, encourage and expose us to what freedom can feel like, how we see ourselves participating in it, seeking out the joy, discovering more about ourselves, embracing and sharing in it.

How did the location of the retreat, nestled in the stunning natural beauty of the Red Rocks, enhance the experience for the participants?

We chose a magical place of recovery, full of nature’s healing powers and without a doubt that alone brings a positive impact to a person’s wellbeing. The desert and the red rocks within it, are symbolic, magical places of extreme contrast. A desolate environment, abundant in life, both stoic, and impermanent, and lovely, with many lessons to teach.

Can you speak to the role that the spa plays in your retreats and how it contributes to the overall wellness goals of the group?

“Self” is an important player. Self-care is at the core of the spa experience. Nurturing care for your mind, body, and soul is the foundation of wellness and it is inarguably something that women tend to put on the back burner, often putting everyone’s needs ahead of their own. The spa experience provides the power of healing touch and professional modalities to encourage and rejuvenate and educate about overall wellness, skincare, body care, the power of hot soaks, cold plunges, sound therapies and so much more. It’s the all-important message that taking care of yourself is not selfish or vanity.

What advice would you give to someone who is looking to prioritize their own wellness and personal growth journey, but may be hesitant to attend a retreat like this?

everyone else is already taken.”

On one of my past adventures we would say, “buy the ticket, take the ride!” Life is a journey to be lived. And my advice is, you will never know, until you try. My Freedom Retreats are full of everyday people, that are in search of personal freedom(s) from whatever might be a barrier to their claiming it. Some are professionals, who need to a break, some want a new routine, some are looking to reclaim their life, some don’t regularly exercise or are looking to build a different lifestyle, others come for a re-set or to simply, get away, meet new people, and explore something new, and everyone is welcome. With each different experience we create that familiar feeling is present, that assures you, that you are where you ought to be from the very first night.

In what ways do you hope that the participants of the retreat will continue to incorporate the lessons and experiences from the weekend into their daily lives?

From the tools to the take aways, to the community we create, it is about encouraging one another, sharing about our lives, and workouts, our goals and gains, our misses and reflections and our recipes! My Freedom Retreat participants continue to lean on and support one another long after the retreat has ended. And a great bonus is they will often meet up again at another retreat, and I get to see that beautiful circle.

Can you speak to any upcoming plans or ideas for similar retreats or wellness events?

Yes, up next is Pure Freedom at Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Birmingham, Alabama early this October (26th 29th, where we’ll focus on finding inner peace, joy and our connections to nature. And, then it’s Fresh Freedom, on beautiful Hilton Head Island, South Carolina at the renowned Hilton Head Health, this November, (5th-12th), where we’ll renew a healthy focus on nutrition, fitness and everyday living. How has your journey and experiences informed your approach to hosting retreats like this, and to coaching others on their wellness journey?

What did Einstein say about experience? “All knowledge of reality starts from experience and ends in it.” There is undeniable power in groups of people, in shared experiences, with the courage to be vulnerable. It has been a source of great strength and joy, to connect with and meet such beautiful people and practitioners, each in their own part of the journey, with so many takeaways to share and reshare. It’s everything!

What’s next for Heather Thomson?

I am excited to continue to meet new people, adventure to new experiences, travel to see the world, give back, and keep moving ahead! We’ve had a lot of time to reflect, and in a sense post-pandemic, I feel like it’s a new beginning and I’m just getting started. Looking at life through a new lens can lead to rewarding, incredible next steps on the path.

45 mL of Tequila Don Ramón Platinum Reposado Cristalino

45 mL of pineapple juice

15 mL of lime juice

15 mL of agave syrup

1 thin slice of chilli

15 mL Strega liqueur

1 cup ice

Himalayan Pink Salt (Less salty but gives a hint of sweetness)

Method:

Sprinkle a glass with the Himalayan salt and add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker, shake vigorously and serve.

Ingredients:

45 mL of Tequila Don Ramón Platinum Reposado Cristalino

15 mL of Cointreau

2 tablespoons of agave syrup

15 mL lemon juice

Salt

Method:

Rim Margarita glass with salt. Add 1 cup of ice and all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and serve.

25mL fresh lemon juice

25mL gomme syrup

Dash of lemon or spiced

bitters

1 egg white

Method:

Dry shake the ingredients. Then add ice, shake and double strain into a chilled and iced glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Method:

Muddle the kiwi and basil leaves in a cocktail shaker. Pour 1 cup of ice and the remaining ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously, strain and serve in a glass rimmed with volcanic salt (emphasising the flavour of the kiwi).

2 dashes of spiced bitters

In a mixing glass add 50ml Tamdhu 15 Year Old, brown sugar cube and the dashes of spiced whisky bitters. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with one large cube of ice and garnish with an orange twist.

How do you adapt your style to different destinations and cultures? I love that. I’ve learned so much about different cultures especially when you travel to places like Bali, they are the most grateful people I’ve met, I remember when I travelled there they had their Galungan ceremony and hours to visit our local friend's family and eat with them; it felt so amazing and unexpected to do that, I remembered it as one of my favourite days. For me is very important to dive into the culture.

Headphones, sunglasses, lots of moisturisers for face and hands, lip balm, hand sanitiser, and a sleeping face mask.

Top three packing tips for those aiming to travel with impeccable style? When I travel I like to pack lightly but enough, I always pick a few neutral colour pieces that I can combine constantly like a few tank tops and a couple of wide legs pants, easy to pack and wear, and of course, summer dresses and evening attire, though everything depends on location and the occasion, you must always be prepared.

Which destination’s fashion scene has left a lasting impression on you?
