ecause getting started is often the toughest part of a workout, sometimes all we need is a little push to remind us why that workout is going to be one of the best decisions we make today. Here are seven reasons you should stop procrastinating your next workout.

1 Exercise fights

The more days you see colored in, the more you’ll want to continue to see.

Though it might be motivating to fork out some cash for an expensive gym membership or even a set of fancy workout clothes, good exercise can be totally free. Taking a walk around your neighborhood, running around the yard with your kids, lifting a bag of flour while watching TV, doing yoga in the living room are easy and completely free ways you can get in a good workout and hardly even realize it. You can workout at home, outside in the yard, at a park, while on vacation, at a friend’s house. If you’re unsure of where to start, a quick Google search or YouTube search for easy at-home workouts should do the trick.

7 No one ever

regretted working out You would be hard-pressed to find someone who regretted their workout. That runner’s high is no joke, not to mention that sense of accomplishment, and the satisfaction that comes from knowing that you did something good for your body and your mind. The next time you feel like putting off a workout or skipping it altogether, remember the way you felt after your last great workout—and chase that feeling. l
