In order for the refrigerator to reach the kitchen or the chest of drawers to be assembled, the entire logistics process must work seamlessly. Gebrüder Weiss is responsible for handling deliveries to private customers all over Austria with two-man handling for the online retailer Otto Austria –from procurement and distribution to assembly and handling of returns.

Qualified expediters and trained drivers ensure that the ordered goods reach their point of use with the private customer after defined durations (24h/48h) and in perfect condition, and that the goods are assembled –including taking away packaging and old devices.

Via Track & Trace, Otto Austria can find out where the shipment is currently located. The order status can be checked at any time and Gebrüder Weiss proactively informs Otto Austria if the customer wishes to make any changes.

The highest quality – even under extreme time pressure

Gebrüder Weiss delivers 125,000 shipments for Otto Austria annually in Austria alone – the majority of these in the run-up to Christmas. Around 200 employees across eight of its own locations provide outstanding Home Delivery services every day – thereby ensuring satisfied customers.
