ABOUT THE MEETING PRiME 2024

October 6-11, 2024 – Honolulu, HI

J

oin us as we host PRiME 2024 once again in the captivating city of Honolulu. Every four years, The Electrochemical Society (ECS), The Electrochemical Society of Japan (ECSJ), and the Korean Electrochemical Society (KECS), gather for the latest scientific and technical developments in electrochemistry and solid state science and technology

through technical symposia, presentations, poster sessions, panel discussions, professional development workshops, and a variety of networking and social events. Sponsorship and exhibit opportunities offer major benefits and provide an extraordinary chance for businesses to present their products and services to key constituents from around the world.

ABOUT THE CO-SPONSORS The Electrochemical Society, USA (ECS)

The Electrochemical Society of Japan (ECSJ)

The Korean Electrochemical Society (KECS)

ECS’ mission is to advance theory and practice at the forefront of electrochemical and solid state science and technology, and allied subjects by encouraging research, discussion, critical assessment, and dissemination of knowledge in these fields. Our members are making key discoveries that address global sustainability challenges such as renewable energy, food safety, water sanitation, and medical diagnosis and care.

The Society was founded in 1933 to foster scientific and industrial progress in the fields of electrochemistry and industrial physical chemistry.

The Korean Electrochemical Society is dedicated to promote academic and technological developments of electrochemical science in both theory and application. The KECS also provides training, education, and many opportunities for researchers and engineers to make significant advancements in the field of electrochemistry-based science and technology.

Cancellation after July 31, 2024 results in 100% forfeiture of exhibition fees. 2) ECS Expectations: This exhibit supplements the ECS meeting. Exhibitors are expected to present their products and/or services with awareness of meeting attendees’ technical needs. PRiME 2024 reserves the right to deny any applicant who is unlikely to contribute to the overall meeting objectives. 3) Space Assignment Process: ECS attempts to honor an exhibitor’s space selection by the order in which a booth reservation is made. If a booth has already been assigned, ECS reserves the right to assign space as equitably as possible. The method of determining space assignments is established by ECS and may be changed periodically to accommodate ECS’s perception of the exhibit’s best interests. ECS reserves the right to modify the floor plan as conditions warrant, in case of emergency, and/or in the interest of any exhibitor. 4) Booth Restrictions: Display positions should not interfere with neighboring exhibitors or with normal traffic flow in the aisles. No booth shall exceed 8 feet in height. No display materials exceeding 4 feet in height may be placed in the front half of the booth. In the interest of all participating exhibitors and to preserve uniformity, displays must conform to the IAEE (International Association of Exhibitions and Events) Display Guidelines, which are a bona fide part of the space contract. 5) On-site Representative: Exhibitor must authorize an official on-site representative to be responsible for their booth. The representative shall be authorized to enter into such contracts as may be necessary with ECS and other contractors and subcontractors. At least one representative must be at the booth during all official exhibit hours. 6) Registration: Before the exhibit opens, exhibiting organizations will receive an email requesting their free full (1) and exhibit-only (2) registrations. Each additional exhibit-only registration costs $150.00. Literature display tables are not staffed. 7) Children: Children under 16 years of age are not permitted inside the exhibit hall during setup and dismantling.
