Classes Programs

Adventures in Art Camp

**Thrive membership is required in order to participate in all programs held at Thrive**

In this four-day workshop your artist will complete eight amazing works of art including landscapes and seascapes, animals, florals using fine art principles not simple crafts. Young artists will explore perspective drawing with charcoal, oil pastels and painting with acrylics and watercolors taught by a Certified Robert Garden Instructor.

A one-time $65 supply fee is due directly to the instructor on the first day of camp. Please provide a snack for your participant per day.

Calling all of our school age kiddos! Thrive is offering a series of out-of-school day camps to provide a safe place for children to create memories through field trips, gym games, arts and crafts, and more! School may be out, but play is in! This is a five-day camp only. There will be 11 different camps available.

Skyhawks Pickleball

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong using a paddle and a plastic ball with holes. It is a game that is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. Rules for pickleball are simple, making it a great introductory sport. it can also be quite the challenging, fast-paced and competitive game when people become more experienced at playing

This co-ed program is designed for the beginner to intermediate player and will incorporate essential life-lessons such as teamwork and sportsmanship.

A Chance to Dance: Summer Nights Dance

Get ready to dance the night away at this summer’s coolest event to beat the heat – the Summer Nights Dance! We’ll be providing food, drinks, and fun with dancing, karaoke, and games for individuals with special needs and their families. Parents and guardians are required to stay with their participants under the age of 18 and are encouraged to stay for all others.

Flashback Fridays: ‘00s

Step out feeling so fresh and so clean, clean for the final Flashback Friday dance of the summer season! Light refreshments provided and costumes are encouraged.

Battle of the Bands

Are you in a local band looking for your big break? Do you have what it takes to captivate the crowd and take home the title of Battle of the Bands Champion? Well, crank that amp up to 11 and bring your best songs and be ready to throwdown at Thrive at Battle of the Bands. We’ll be accepting bands of all genres to compete for the chance to thrill the audience. Auditions will be held in early June. All ages welcome to attend event; Band members must be at least 16 years to compete.

Junior Lifeguard Camp

A four-day interactive skills-based camp for youth to develop lifeguarding skills. Camp will run Mon.-Wed. at Thrive. Thursday will be held at Sun Valley Aquatic Center learning about the water park, shadowing lifeguards, and having fun! Participants will come away with a basic CPR/First Aid Certification.

Wild About LLELA Summer Camp

Wild About LLELA is an active outdoor summer day camp where kids ages 7-12 have a chance to delve into and connect with nature.
