He is the author of various management concepts, framework and criteria for various business awards including the UAE Innovation Award, Taqdeer Award for Labor Welfare, Taxi Excellence Award, Human Resources Building Award and the Happiness Award. He also led a team of Business Excellence consultants designed & created the First Excellence Policy & Methodology manuals based on the Government Excellence Program Criteria. He is a renowned speaker and seasoned trainer conducted more than 500 training programs and interactive workshops in Strategy & Balanced Scorecard, Innovation, Leadership & Transformation, Human Resources and Talent Management, Team and Personal Effectiveness, and Business Excellence for senior leaders, managers, specialists, assessors, and team members. Training Material

Participants will be provided with high quality printed training material/handouts during the training. Online training material for the same program can be accessed by official GIA professional members.

Certificates

Certificate of Attendance shall be provided to participants upon successful completion of the training program. Official GIA Professional Certificate will be sent to those attendees who successfully passed online certification exam.

Training Fees

GIA Non-member Fees AED 11,780/- per training participant GIA Member Special Discount Fees: AED 10,680/- per training participant (Exclusive 5% VAT) Covering participant's training fees, coffee breaks, daily buffet lunch, professional training pack, and Certificate of Attendance. Inclusive of (USD 220) GIA professional membership, badge, and examination fees per participant.

Registration Terms

Nominations to our public courses are to be processed by the client’s HR/Training department except for self-nominations. Upon booking confirmation, the official invoice will be sent to client’s HR/Training department. A refund will be issued back to the client in the event of course cancellation or seat unavailability. Registration confirmation is subject to TPI’s approval of registration request and seat availability. TPI reserves the right to alter dates, content, venue and trainer.

Cancellation Terms

If a candidate is unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be welcome to the same training program. Registrations cancelled after confirmation by TPI but more than 7 days before the event are subject to a 20% cancellation charge. Registrations cancelled 7 days or less before the Event must be paid in full.
