Grazie alla morfologia, alla posizione geografica e all'esposizione, il territorio di Sondrio offre una grande varietà di orizzonti, esempi di sodalizio virtuoso fra attività umana ed ecosistema.

Dai coltivi foraggeri ancora evidenti e ben curati che fanno da cornice al fiume Adda, dai meleti disposti in filari ordinati sui conoidi del fondovalle si sale fino alle colate dei ghiacciai e alle rocce delle creste incontaminate. In mezzo la ricca varietà di ambienti vegetali diversificati a seconda della quota e dell'esposizione.

A sinistra, per chi giunge dal lago di Como, il solatio versante retico, dove antichi terrazzamenti sostenuti da caratteristici muri a secco risalgono la china fin verso i 700 metri: 25 chilometri di vigneti ora abbarbicati sulle balze rocciose per sfruttare anche le più piccole rientranze, ora distesi sul pendio più docile in riposanti sequenze di gradinate parallele, testimonianza della volontà caparbia del contadino. Di fronte, esposto a nord, l'ombreggiato versante orobico, caratterizzato dal fitto manto dei castagni che per secoli hanno accompagnato la vita dei valligiani, assicurando loro sostentamento e materia prima per la lavorazione dell'uva.

Più in alto la fascia scura delle abetaie, rifugio di una ricca fauna selvatica, che sfuma gradatamente nelle vaste distese delle praterie alpine e degli anfiteatri nivali.

Thank to its morphology and its geographical position, the valley around Sondrio offers a huge range of views where human activities and ecosystem are perfectly mixed.

From cultivated fodder plants that serve as frame to the river Adda, from the appleorchards in orderly rows on the cones of the valley bottom You climb up to the castings of the glaciers and to the rocks of the uncontaminated crests. Grace à sa morphologie, sa position géographique et son exposition, le territoire de Sondrio offre une grande variété d’horizons, exemples de l’association vertueuse entre activité humaine et écosystème.

Des cultivés fourragers bien evidents et très bien curés qui servent d’encadrement à la rivière Adda, des pommeraies disposées en files ordonnées sur les cônes de déjections du fond de la vallée, on monte jusqu’aux coulées des glaciers et aux roches des crêtes intactes.

Au milieu, la riche variété de milieux végétaux diversifiés selon l’altitude et l’exposition. À gauche, pour ceux qui arrivent du Lac de Côme, le versant rhétique ensoleillé, où anciens étagements soutenus par les caractéristiques murs à sec remontent la pente jusque vers 700 mètres: 25 kilomètres de vignobles tantôt enracinés aux escarpements rocheux pour exploiter les plus petits renfoncements aussi, tantôt détendus sur la pente la plus docile en séquences reposantes de grands escaliers parallèles, témoignage de la volonté obstinée du paysan.

En face, exposé au nord, l’ombragé versant des Alpes Orobie caractérisé par le manteau épais des châtaigniers qui ont accompagné pendant des siècles la vie des habitants de la vallée, en leur assurant subsistance et matière première pour le travail du raisin.

Plus en hauteur, la bande sombre des sapinières, refuge d’une riche faune sauvage, qui se dégrade graduellement dans les vastes étendues des prairies alpines et des amphithéâtres nivales.

Vom Futterpflanzenanbau immer noch deutlich und gut gepflegt , rahmt es den Fluss Adda ein. Von den Apfelplantagen, die in geordneten Reihen auf dem Kegel der Talsohle stehen, geht es bis hoch auf die unberührten Gletscher und Steine des Gipfels.

Hier findet man eine reiche Vielfalt der Pflanzen, die je nach Höhe und Lage variiert.

Auf der linken Seite, vom Comer See her kommend, ist die sonnige Seite Rezias, dort wo die alten Terrassen von charakteristischen Trockenmauern gestützt, bis in eine Höhe von etwa 700 Meter reichen: 25 Kilometer Weinberge, die manchmal auf felsigen Klippen, um auch die kleinste Vertiefungen zu nutzen ,und manchmal am Hang liegen ,in ruhigen sanften Sequenzen, die den eisernen Willen des Weinbauern bezeugen.

Im Norden, die Schattenseite von Bergamo, ist charakterisiert von einem dichten Kastanienwald , der seit Jahrhunderten das Leben der Dorfbewohner begleitet und somit die Existenzgrundlage und die Gewährleistung für die Traubenverarbeitung ist.

In den höheren Lagen befinden sich die dunklen Tannen, die eine reiche wilde Fauna beherbergen und allmählich in die Weiten des alpinen Graslandes und den schneebedeckten Gürteln übergeht.

UNE RIANTE VALLÉE ALPINE

Al centro della Valtellina, incastonata tra le Alpi Retiche e le Orobie si trova Sondrio.

Passeggiando per la città, tra piccoli negozi d'antiquariato e di oggetti tradizionali, la vista si perde confusa, mentre il palato è inevitabilmente stuzzicato dai prodotti tipici che solo la Valtellina sa dare. Una piccola città, ma con un fascino indefinibile, risultato di una perfetta unione tra palazzi di epoche e stili differenti. Dal cuore ottocentesco di “piazza Garibaldi” con piccoli passaggi tra viuzze discrete e piene di fascino si possono visitare splendide dimore nobiliari raggiungendo con facilità piazze suggestive come la piazza “Quadrivio”. Lasciandoci alle spalle il capoluogo quasi a proteggere da est ad ovest l'ingresso in città, si ergono, tra fiori, rocce e vigneti il “Santuario della Madonna della Sassella” e “il Castello di Grumello”.

In più le piste di fondo di San Giuseppe e dell'alpe Palù si snodano attraverso suggestive abetaie e ampi spazi aperti consentendo di praticare lo sci nordico in tutte le sue varianti.

Una efficiente scuola di sci garantisce assistenza in tutte le specialità del fondo e della discesa, compreso il “telemark”.

Gli oltre sessanta chilometri di piste dei comprensori dell’Alpe Palù sono il biglietto da visita delle Valmalenco.

Oggi chi vuole arrivare all’Alpe Palù lo può fare direttamente con la modernissima Snow Eagle, la più grande funivia del mondo, con le sue cabine da 160 persone, lo porterà in un sol balzo a quota 2080 su un terrazzo da cui, con una vista mozzafiato, dominerà le Alpi.

Chi invece preferisce un avvicinamento più graduale, lo può fare salendo i cinque chilometri di strada che separano Chiesa da San Giuseppe; da qui una nuova seggiovia quadriposto lo condurrà in pochi minuti, attraverso bellissime abetaie, all’Alpe Palù.

E la neve? Niente paura, la neve è di casa in Valmalenco, e se per caso la neve smarrisse la strada, i più moderni impianti di innevamento programmato sono pronti a intervenire per creare un ottimo fondo e quello spolverio che tanto piace agli sciatori.

Und der Schnee? Mach dir keine Sorgen, der Schnee ist im Valmalenco zu Hause, von Dezember bis Ende April ist er immer pulverig und reichlich vorhanden, und wenn durch Zufall der Schnee sich verirren sollte, gibt es die modernste Beschneiungsanlage um rechtzeitig einzugreifen um dann die Pisten so mit Kunstschnee vorzubereiten ,dass es für den Skifahrer eine reine Freude ist.

Scalate facili lungo le vie normali tracciate oltre cento anni fa e scalate difficili ripetute poche volte. Tutto in un ambiente d'alta montagna in grado di appagare la voglia di avventura, di natura, di libertà fisica e spirituale. I nomi dei luoghi sono quelli consacrati da anni di letteratura alpinistica: la val Torreggio con i Corni Bruciati, il ghiacciaio del Ventina, la val Sissone con la parete nord del Disgrazia, i ghiacciai di Scerscen e di Fellaria dominati dalle moli dei pizzi Roseg, Bernina, Argent, Zupò e Palù. Al suo margine orientale la caratteristica piramide del Pizzo Scalino.

Les noms des endroits ont été consacrés par des années de littérature de l'alpinisme: la vallée du Torreggio avec les Corni Bruciati, le glacier du Ventina, la vallée Sissone avec le mur nord du Disgrazia, les glaciers du Scerscen e du Fellaria dominés par le pics Roseg, Bernina, Argent, Zupò et Palù. À sa marge orientale la pyramide caractéristique du Pizzo Scalino.

Auf der östlichen Seite befindet sich die Pyramide des Pizzo Scalinos.

TREK

Camminare nell’atmosfera immacolata degli alpeggi. Ripercorrere le vie che conducono ai valichi storici. Risalire i sentieri che raggiungono i passi d’alta quota, dai quali ammirare lo scenario dei ghiacciai con i loro fragori primordiali. Oppure attardarsi sui pendii morenici e fra gli anfratti rocciosi armati di macchina fotografica, per catturare le immagini di una flora spontanea ricchissima o perlustrare gli spazi liberati dai ghiacciai alla ricerca di curiosità mineralogiche.

Ma anche effettuare distensive passeggiate nelle abetaie in cerca di funghi e visitare gli antichi nuclei e i luoghi dell’attività umana per leggervi la vita di una comunità alpina.

Sono più di 100 le escursioni che possono essere effettuate in Valmalenco. La fitta rete di mulattiere e di sentieri che ricopre la valle, a partire dai centri abitati, attraverso i boschi, fino agli alpeggi e agli ambienti di alta quota, può essere scelta secondo moltissime combinazioni.

Ce n’è per tutte le esigenze e per tutte le età.

Marcher dans l’atmosphère immaculée des alpages. Parcourir les voies qui mènent aux cols historiques. Remonter les sentiers qui atteignent les pas de haute montagne, d’où l’on peut admirer le décor des glaciers avec leur fracas primordiaux. Ou s’attarder sur les pentes morainiques et entre les anfractuosités rocheuses armés d’appareil photo pour capturer les images d’une flore spontanée riche ou battre les places libérées par les glaciers à la recherche de curiosités minéralogiques. Mais aussi effectuer promenades qui détendent dans les sapinières en quête de champignons et visiter les anciens villages et les endroits de l’activité humaine pour y lire la vie d’une communauté alpine.

Les excursions qui peuvent être effectuées en Valmalenco sont plus de 100. Le réseau épais de muletiers et de sentiers qui recouvre la vallée, à partir des centres habités, à travers les bois, jusqu’aux alpages et aux milieux de haute montagne, peut être choisi selon nombreuses combinaisons. Il y en a pour toutes les exigences et pour tous les âges.

Walking into the immaculate atmosphere of the alpine pastures. Retracing the paths leading to the historical passes. Tracing trails reaching high altitude passes, from which you can admire the scenery of glaciers. Or lingering on morainic slopes, and between the rocky gorges armed with camera to capture images of a very rich spontaneous flora or reconnoitering spaces released by glaciers in search of minerals. But also making long promenades in fir-woods searching for mushrooms and visiting the ancient settlements and places of human activity to read the life of an Alpine community.

There are over 100 excursions that can be made in Valmalenco. The dense network of mule tracks and trails covering the Valley, from settlements, through forests, up to the Alpine meadows at a very high altitude, can be chosen according to many combinations. There is something for all needs and for all ages.

Wandern in der unberührten Atmosphäre der Alpen. Die Wege begehen ,die zu historischen Bergpässen führen. Die Pfade aufsteigen, die in die Höhen führen von wo aus man die Landschaft mit den Gletschern und ihren Ursprung bewundern kann. Oder man kann sich, mit einem Fotoapparat, auf Abhänge wagen um ganz tolle Bilder von einer spontanen reichhaltigen Flora zu machen, man kann die Gegend erkunden ,die die Gletscher beim schmelzen freigelegt haben, um Mineralien zu suchen. Man kann aber auch ausgedehnte Spaziergänge in den Tannenwäldern machen und dabei Pilze suchen und die antiken Wohnhäuser zu besichtigen, die von dem alpinen Leben erzählen.

Mehr als 100 Ausflugsmoeglichkeiten,die man im Valmalenco machen kann. Das dichte Netz von Trampelpfaden und Wegen, das sich vom Dorf bis hin in den Höhen gelegenen Wiesen zieht .kann je nach Wunsch , Erfahrung und Alter, entsprechend gewählt werden. Die Morphologie des Gebietes erlaubt auch Ringtouren, die sind am meisten empfohlen und sind am lohnendsten ,weil sich immer wieder neue Szenen eröffnen und der Rückweg nicht derselbe ist wie der Hinweg.

L’Alta Via della Valmalenco, grazie alla varietà degli ambienti incontrati, è uno dei percorsi escursionistici d’alta quota più belli dell’arco alpino: la ricchezza della flora spontanea, la presenza di antiche cave di pietra ollare, le baite dei maggenghi, le costruzioni pastorali e gli scorci panoramici la rendono unica nel suo genere.

L’Alta Via si sviluppa per oltre 110 Km, tra 800 e 3000 metri, attraversando boschi e alti pascoli, penetrando nelle valli laterali, scavalcando valichi impervi e snodandosi al cospetto delle colate dei ghiacciai del Monte Disgrazia, del Pizzo Bernina e del Pizzo Scalino. Articolata in otto tappe giornaliere, raccorda fra loro una quindicina di rifugi. Tutto il percorso si svolge su sentieri ben segnalati.

The Alta Via of Valmalenco, thanks to the variety of its environments, is one of the most beautiful high-altitude trails of the Alpine arc: the richness of spontaneous flora, the presence of ancient stonepits, the huts of meadows, the shepherds’ constructions and the panoramic views make it unique in its kind.

The Alta Via stretches over 110 Km, between 800 and 3000 meters, through woods and high pastures, penetrating lateral valleys, bypassing unforgiving crossing points and then carving in front of the glacier flows of Monte Disgrazia, Pizzo Bernina and Pizzo Scalino. Articulated into eight daily stages, thus linked among them about fifteen refuges. The entire route takes place on well-marked trails.

La Haute Voie de Valmalenco, grậce à la variété des milieux rencontrés, est l’un des parcours en altitude plus beaux de la chaîne alpine: la richesse de la flore spontanée, la présence d’anciennes carrières de pierre ollaire, les chalets de montagne, les constructions des bergers et les vues panoramiques la rendent unique dans son genre. La Haute Voie se développe pendant plus de 110 Km, entre 800 et 3000 mètres d’altitude, en traversant bois et hauts pâturages, en pénétrant dans les vallées latérales, en passant pour pas durs et en les dénouant à la présence des coulées des glaciers du Monte Disgrazia, du Pizzo Bernina et du Pizzo Scalino. Articulée en huit étapes journalières, il raccorde entre eux une quinzaine de refuges. Tout le parcours se déroule sur sentiers bien signalés.

Der Höhenweg Valmalenco, dank der vielfältigen Umgebung, ist einer der schönsten Rundwanderwege der Alpen: der Reichtum der natürlichen Flora, die Anwesenheit von Speckstein in den alten Steinbrüchen, die Hütten der Maggengo, und der Panoramablick machen es einzigartig. Der Höhenweg zieht sich 110 km, zwischen 800 und 3000 Metern, entlang durch Wälder und Alpenwiesen, durch kleine Seitentäler über unzugänglichen und gewundenen Passstraßen an die Füße der Gletschers Monte Disgrazia, des Piz Bernina und Piz Scalino. Aufgeteilt in acht Tagestappen, verbindet der Höhenweg fünfzehn Berghütten.

Die Route ist durchwegs markiert.

L'ALTA VIA

Grazie ai numerosi sentieri recentemente sistemati e alle larghe mulattiere la Valmalenco si presta anche a tutti gli amanti della Mountain bike.

Le salite classiche collegano Chiesa in Valmalenco a Chiareggio, passando da Primolo e San Giuseppe, dalla strada utilizzata in inverno per il fondo. Da Chiareggio è possibile raggiungere l’Alpe Ventina oppure l’Alpe dell’Oro fino al Passo Muretto, valico di confine ItaliaSvizzera. Molto panoramica è la conca dell’Alpe di Campagneda, adatta anche a chi è alle prime esperienze.

Altre mete, per le gambe più allenate, sono il Lago Palù e la cima Motta oppure l’ex rifugio Scerscen passando dalla mulattiera che sale a fianco del rifugio Longoni.

Infine zone molto frequentate sono quelle di Arcoglio e dell’Alpe Musella, raggiungibili dal fondovalle, per i migliori bikers, oppure avvicinandosi un poco con l’auto.

Un sentiero ben segnalato permette di percorrere tutto il fondovalle a fianco dell’Adda. Si tratta del Sentiero Valtellina, percorso pianeggiante adatto a tutti.

BIKE

Grace aux nombreaux sentiers recemment arrangés et à ses larges chemins muletiers, la Valmalenco est parfaite pour les amants du VTT. Les montées peuvent etre plus ou moins fatiguantes selon l’endroit où l’on commence à pédaler. Les montées classiques unissent Chiesa en Valmalenco à Chiareggio, en passant par Primolo et San Giuseppe, par le chemin utilisé en hiver pour le ski de fond. De Chiareggio est possible rejoindre l’Alp Ventina ou l’Alp de l’Or jusqu’au col du Muretto, passage de frontière entre l’Italie et la Suisse. Très panoramique est la cuvette de l’Alp de Campagneda, qui bien se prete aussi à ceux qui sont aux premières éxpériences. D’autres déstinations, adaptes aux éxperts, sont le Lac Palù et le sommet Motta ou l’ex refuge Scerscen en passant par le chemin muletier qui monte à coté du refuge Longoni. D’autres endroits trés fréquentés sont Arcoglio et l’Alp Musella, qu’on peut rejoindre par le fond de la vallée ou en se rapprochant en voiture. Un chemin bien marqué permet de parcourir le fond de la vallée à coté de la rivière Adda. Il s’agit du “Chemin Valtellina”, parcour adapte aux adults et aux enfants.

Thanks to several well-maintained paths and long mule tracks, Valmalenco is the perfect destination for mountain bike enthusiasts.

Classical uphill tracks link Chiesa in Valmalenco to Chiareggio, passing through Primolo and San Giuseppe and following the path that in winter serves as crosscountry track. From Chiareggio it is possible to reach Alpe Ventina or Alpe dell’Oro up to the Muretto pass, on the border with Switzerland.

The Alpe Campagneda basin has a lovely landscape and is also suitable for first-time mountain bikers. Other routes, reserved for better trained cyclists, reach Lake Palù and the Motta peak or - following the mule track that runs along the rifugio Longoni - the former Scerscen mountain hut.

And then there are Arcoglio and Alpe Musella: expert cyclists can ride uphill from the valley floor, but it is also possible to get closer by car. The Sentiero Valtellina is a flat, well-marked trail, that runs along the Adda river and allows cyclists of all levels to enjoy the beauty of the valley floor.

Dank der kürzlich restaurierten Wege und der breiten Saumpfade ist Valmalenco das ideale Ziel für Mountainbike-Enthusiasten. Klassische Anstiege verbinden Chiesa in Valmalenco mit Chiareggio durch Primolo und San Giuseppe, auf einer Straße, die im Winter zu einer bezaubernden Langlaufloipe wird. Von Chiareggio aus können Sie mit dem Fahrrad zur Alpe Ventina oder Alpe dell’oro sowie zum Muretto-Pass (dem Grenzübergang zwischen Italien und der Schweiz) fahren.

Das Becken der Alpe di Campagneda ist einen Besuch wert, zumal dieser schöne Ort für Anfänger geeignet ist. Dieses Gebiet ist auch reich an perfekten Routen für besser ausgebildete Radfahrer wie den Lago Palù, den Motta Piek, Arcoglio und Alpe Musella.

Endlich, verläuft ein flacher und gut markierter Weg entlang des Flusses Adda: der 114 km lange Sentiero Valtellina erstreckt sich zwischen Colico und Bormio und wird von Familien mit Kindern sehr geschätzt.

Le Alpi Orobie sono la catena montuosa, che segna il confine tra la provincia di Sondrio e quella di Bergamo, si estendono per circa 50 Km in un susseguirsi di cime culminanti nei 3052 m del Pizzo di Coca. Questo territorio é caratterizzato da un ambiente integro e selvaggio e proprio per questo é stato posto sotto tutela e protetto, tanto da essere costituito il Parco delle Orobie Valtellinesi.

La vegetazione è ricca di boschi, notevole la presenza della fauna alpina, con buone popolazioni di camoscio, cervo e capriolo.

Consistenti anche le popolazioni di tetraonidi e rapaci. Questa zona montana offre la possibilità di escursioni a vari livelli di difficoltà, da semplici passeggiate sino a vere e proprie escursioni impegnative per alpinisti esperti, per scalatori, per appassionati di mountan bike.

The Orobie Alps is the mountain chain that marks the border between the province of Sondrio and the province of Bergamo. It covers about 50 km in a series of summits culminating in the 3052 m of Pizzo Coca. This territory is characterized by an integrated and wild environment and for this reason it was placed under guardianship and protected, which brought to the creation of the Park of the Orobie Valtellinesi.

At lower altitudes, the vegetation is rich in forests of broadleaves, followed by spruces and by the alpine meadows rich in the typical flora.

Significant the presence of alpine fauna, with good populations of chamois, deer, roe deer. Also substantial are the populations of grouse and raptors. This mountainous area offers hiking opportunities at various levels of difficulty, from simple walks up to real challenging tours for experienced mountaineers, climbers and for enthusiasts of mountain biking.

LE OROBIE Les Alpi Orobie sont la chaîne montueuse qui marque la frontière entre la province de Sondrio et celle de Bergame. Elles s’étendent pour environ 50 Kms en une succession de cimes culminantes avec les 3052 mètres du Pizzo di Coca. Ce territoire est caractérisé par un milieu intégral et sauvage, et pour cette raison il a été mis sous tutelle et protégé, tandis que le Parc des Orobie Valtellinesi a èté constitué. La végétation est riche en bois de latifolié aux altitudes inférieures et de sapinières aux altitudes supérieures pour continuer avec les prairies alpines riches en flore typique.

Considérable la présence de la faune alpine, avec des bonnes populations de chamois, cerf et chevreuil sans oublier le bouquetin de récente réintroduction. Consistants aussi les populations de tétras et rapaces. Cette zone de montagne offre la possibilité d’excursions à tous niveaux de difficulté, à partir de simples promenades jusqu’à véritables excursions pour alpinistes experts, grimpeurs et amateurs de vélo tout terrain.

Die Orobischen Alpen sind eine Bergkette, die die Grenze zwischen der Provinz Sondrio und Bergamo bildet und sich über eine Länge von etwa 50 km in einer Reihe von spitzen Gipfeln mit den 3052 m des Pizzo di Coca erstreckt.

Dieses Gebiet zeichnet sich durch intakte und wilde Natur aus und zum Schutz wurde der Parco delle Orobie Valtellinesi geschaffen. Die Vegetation ist reich an Wäldern und es gibt eine bedeutende Präsenz der alpinen Fauna: Gämsen, Hirsche und Rehe. Es gibt auch viele rauhbeinige Hühner und Greifvögel. Dieses Berggebiet bietet die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden zu unternehmen, von einfachen Wanderungen bis hin zu wirklich harte Ausflüge für erfahrene Alpinisten, Kletterer und Mountainbike-Enthusiasten.

Cosa c’è di meglio, dopo aver trascorso una giornata in montagna che sedersi a tavola davanti ad un piatto gustoso e ad un buon bicchiere di vino?

Nel territorio di Sondrio quest’accoppiata è possibile.

E’ possibile ritrovare i sapori antichi di questa terra in alcune specialità, come pizzoccheri, sciatt e polenta taragna, che hanno superato l’esame del tempo e che rallegrano le tavole delle aziende agrituristiche assieme ai prodotti genuini e saporiti della tradizione valtellinese. Ed ecco allora i gustosi salumi fra i quali non può mancare la regina bresaola e il tagliere con i formaggi: il Casera, le ricotte, gli stracchini e, soprattutto, il prestigioso e titolato Bitto, vanto della produzione casearia provinciale. E poi i vini.

Non hanno bisogno di presentazioni: vini corposi, asciutti, sapidi, con profumi persistenti, che bene armonizzano con i piatti locali.

And it is possible to find the flavours of this land in some specialties, such as pizzoccheri, sciatt and polenta taragna, which have passed the test of time and give joy to the tables of farms with genuine and tasty products of Valtellina tradition. And so tasty delicatessen including the queen bresaola and the trencher with cheese: the Casera, the ricotta, the stracchini and especially the prestigious and titled Bitto, pride of the provincial dairy production. Qu’est-ce qu’il y a de mieux, après avoir passé une journée à la montagne, que s’asseoir à table devant un plat savoureux et à un bon verre de vin? Dans le territoire de Sondrio ce jumelée est possible. C’est possible de retrouver les saveurs anciens de cette terre en quelques spécialités comme les pizzoccheri, les sciatt et la polenta taragna qui ont passé l’examen du temps et réjouissent les tables des exploitations agro-touristiques avec les produits naturels et savoureux de la tradition de Valteline.

Comme les savoureuses charcuteries entre lesquelles ne peut pas manquer la bresaola et le tranchoir avec les fromages: le Casera, les ricottas, les stracchini et le prestigieux et titré Bitto, orgueil de la production fromagère provinciale. Et puis les vins. Ils n’ont pas besoin de présentations: vins empâtés, secs, savoureux, avec des parfums persistants qui bien s’harmonisent aux plats locaux.

Umwelttourismus, Essen und Wein, das ist die erfolgreiche Kombination. Was gibt’s besseres, als nach einem Tag in den Bergen am Tisch vor einem schmackhaften Gericht und ein Glas Wein zu sitzen? Im Gebiet Sondrio ist diese Kombination möglich. Man kann die antiken Aromen dieses Gebietes in einigen Spezialitäten wie Pizzoccheri, “sciatt“, die Polenta Taragna, wiederfinden Sie haben den Test der Zeit bestanden und erfreuen die Küchen des Agrotourismus zusammen mit den reinen und echten Produkten der schmackhaften Tradition des Veltlins. Und auch die leckeren Würste, bei denen die Königin Bresaola und natürlich auch das Käsebrett, nicht fehlen dürfen: der Casera, Ricotta,(Quark) der Stracchino und vor allem der renommierte und getitelte Bitto, der ganze Stolz der Milchproduktion in der Provinz. Und dann die Weine. Sie brauchen keine Präsentationen: vollmundiger Wein, trocken, schmackhaft, mit anhaltendem Aroma, die gut zu den lokalen Gerichten passen.
