Enjoy the romance of Dvořák’s Slavonic Dance, the passion of Sarasate’s combustible Carmen Fantasy and Gounod’s Faites-lui mes aveux, Nielsen’s witty and virtuosic Flute Concerto, the intoxicating Champagne Polka by Strauss, Mozart’s searing Deh per questo istante solo, Britten’s poignant Lachrymae, Holst’s affecting St Paul’s Suite, and the heart-stopping beauty of Balfe’s I Dreamt I Dwelt in Marble Halls.
