Die Preise im Berghotel, im Wellness-Sporthotel und in der Pension Rosenheim verstehen sich pro Person/am Tag inklusive Halbpension bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von 3 Tagen. Den Urlaub familiär genießen … Gemeinsam aufwachen, gemeinsam frühstücken, gemeinsam ein paar entspannte Stunden verbringen. Das Ferienhaus Daniel ist dafür genau der richtige Ort! Ob zu zweit oder mit der ganzen Familie, man fühlt sich einfach daheim. Die drei Wohnungen im Ferienhaus verfügen über 2–3 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad, ein Tages-WC und einen Balkon oder Außenbereich in der Parterrewohnung. Mit ca. 90 m2 bietet eine Wohnung Platz für max. 6–7 Personen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich ca. 2,5 km vom Skigebiet Ratschings-Jaufen und von unseren 4-Sterne-Häusern entfernt. Als Gäste des Ferienhauses dürfen Sie den gesamten Wasser- und Wellnessbereich des Berghotels und des Wellness-Sporthotels kostenlos nutzen. Gegen einen Aufpreis können Sie in den Hotels frühstücken oder zu Abend essen. Für eine Wohnung berechnen wir ca. € 980,- für 7 Tage für 4 Personen je nach Saison. Weitere Belegung auf Anfrage! La vacanza in famiglia… svegliarsi tutti insieme, fare colazione con calma e passare piacevoli attimi con i propri cari… Gli appartamenti Daniel è il posto giusto per trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante in due o con tutta la famiglia. I tre appartamenti della casa dispongono di 2-3 camere da letto, di un soggiorno, di una cucina, di un bagno, di un WC per ospiti e di un balcone o di uno spazio esterno nel caso dell’appartamento al pianoterra. Con una superficie di ca. 90 mq possono ospitare fino a 6-7 persone. Gli appartamenti Daniel distano ca. 2,5 km dall’area sciistica Racines-Giovo e dai nostri due hotel a 4 stelle. Gli ospiti usufruiscono gratuitamente di tutte le strutture benessere del Wellness-Sporthotel e del Berghotel. Su richiesta e a pagamento è possibile fare colazione o cenare negli hotel. The prices at the Berghotel, Wellness Sporthotel and Rosenheim Guesthouse are per person per day including half board for a minimum stay of 3 days. Weekend short breaks: a supplement of 15% is charged. The single room supplement is dependent on the season and room. Our rooms are available from 2pm on your day of arrival. We charge € 12 per day for your dog – excl. food. For children in family rooms (2 adults and 2 children) we offer a 20% reduction per child. Enjoy a family holiday… wake up, have breakfast, spend a couple of relaxing hours together. The Daniel holiday home is just right! Be it as a couple or with the whole family, you’ll feel right at home. The three apartments in our holiday home have 2-3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, daytime WC and a balcony / outdoor area in the ground floor apartment. At approx. 90 m2, an apartment has room for a maximum of 6-7 people. The holiday home is approx. 2.5 km from the Racines-Jaufen ski resort and from our two 4-star establishments. All guests of the holiday home may use all of the bathing and spa facilities in the Berghotel and Wellness-Sporthotel free of charge. You may also enjoy your breakfast or dinner in one of our 4**** hotels. For one apartment we charge approx. € 980 for 7 days and 4 people depending on the season and occupancy.
