TAMEKA THOMPSON was recently promoted to the position of Regional Sales Manager. She brings to the position her exceptional sales acumen and strategic prowess, honed over nearly a decade of experience as a sales strategist. With a passion for sales and content creation/social media management, she brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.

Thompson leads a seasoned sales team comprising 11 staff members who collectively possess over 100 years of expertise in the paint industry. Together, they are dedicated to providing superior customer service, introducing new and improved products, and broadening the customer base across all of its sales channels.

Thompson is particularly excited about the growth achieved in the retail and projects channels so far in 2023. With the recent opening of the third Colour Shop, Berger Paints is now strategically located in the north, south, and central regions of Barbados.
