Bus will depart Gaeta Fleet Landing and Formia market. See separate flier with details. Wed, Jul 6: Beach Day Open to adults and children. Register at the FRC for your umbrella and chair. Meet at 10 a.m. for a ride to Serapo beach. A sand castle contest will be held at the beach, too. Sign up in advance at FRC. Jul 14: Kayak Paddling Workshop This is a quick start intro class to kayaking. It illustrates basic paddle skills, equipment and safety procedures that will give you the basic knowledge required to kayak. Professional instructor will be on site. Meet at Serapo “Palm Beach”. Open to 12 years and above (an adult must be on site with child for the duration of the activity). Sign up at the FRC by Jul 7. Summer Activity Day Open to children of all ages. Meet every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Olde Mill Inn Park for lots of outdoor activities and fun. This month’s themes: Jul 7 - Animal Kingdom; Jul 14 - Pirates at the Park; Jul 21 - Cooking Up a Good Summer; Jul 28 - Backyard Luau. Cost is $5 per persson for the entire program.
