Amarillo Sod Poodles Baseball A Double-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Soddies are the 2019 Texas League Champs, have been named 2019’s Minor League Team of the Year, and their home, Hodgetown, was voted 2019 MiLB Best of the Ballparks Double-A!

Amarillo Wranglers NAHL Tier 2 Junior A Hockey club that plays at the Amarillo Civic Center. Public Golf Courses Ross Rogers Complex (Mustang & Wild Horse courses) in Thompson Park and the Comanche Trail Complex (Arrowhead & Tom-ahawk courses) in Southeast Park were named four of the best public golf courses in Texas.
