Travel by Air

The Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport offers daily connections to Austin, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas and Phoenix. Our airport is easily navigable, making travel easy and convenient. On your way in or out of the airport, be sure to stop by the rotating art wall that displays new local art every 3 months.

Travel by Car

Take the scenic route. Explore the days of the Historic Route 66 and the original routing of the Mother Road in either direction. With our central US location, at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Interstate 27, Amarillo is a short drive from eastern and western cities.
