致各位登橋者： 聖誕剛過，我在此代表《橋》向大家補祝一句「聖誕快樂」。2020 年也 快將完結，不知道大家對今年有甚麼感覺呢？ 2020 年為很多人來説，都是慘痛的一年，不只是在於玩樂和交際上，發 生了很多不如意的事，於心靈上亦然。縱然我們都有信仰的支持，但是挑戰 和難關也不會完全消失。疫情當下，沒有實體彌撒，也沒有實體會議和各式 各樣的活動。對於聖母軍的我們，今年團員們之間的關係和新成員招募，也 似乎特別不順利。我們或許都會在心中暗暗地想：為甚麼是我？為甚麼是我 去承受這麼多的不幸？然而，別忘記由踏上這條橋，自願成為聖母軍的那天 起，我們也是同意了將來所面對的，會被之前的更多。一條橋沒被踐踏，還 是一條橋嗎？它荒廢在沒有人關心的地方，沒有人走過，也就沒有了它存在 的意義。儘管我們今年過得很不容易，但這些苦楚可能已在我們看不見的地 方累積了起來成為果子吧。在那地方，默默地連結着不同人和事。待時機成 熟的那日，我們都會感受到這段日子的汗水不是白費了的。 再者，不要忘記我們永遠不是自己一個，祂一直都在我們的身邊。倘若 我們累了，祂會張開雙臂，讓我們躺在祂的懷抱中休息。我們永遠不是自己 一個，我們的同伴常守在身邊。即使我們跌倒，大家會扶起我們，一起面對 接下來的挑戰。因此，不要過度焦慮現在和未來，有大家的陪伴，一切都可 以有解決方案。 2021 過幾天便到，不知道大家對新一年又甚麼計劃呢？你會如何準備自 己的心靈面對新一年呢？ 願平安和恩常伴在大家的左右，主佑各位。 Sr. Kathleen (Bridge Committee)

Cover Story 今期的主題是「十二」。相信大家踏入十二月，最先想到的便是聖誕節。一年 又一年的聖誕過去，大家除了參與聖誕派對和交換禮物外，還有沒有記得聖誕節真 正的意義呢? 教會之所以每一年都會慶祝聖誕，是因為儘管耶穌在二千多年前已經 誕生，每一年衪都會再次降臨到這個世界上。聖誕節前四個星期起的將臨期，都是 提醒我們要準備心神，再次迎接耶穌的來臨而設的。但是究竟我們在將臨期中，有 沒有好好準備自己呢? 雖然今年鑑於疫情，我們不能在將臨期間參與實體主日彌撒，但在我們每人的 心中，也應燃起將臨環上的蠟燭。將臨期的每一個主日，都有着獨特的主題和意 義，相信大家對它們並不陌生：醒悟、悔改、喜樂和厄瑪奴耳。 值得我們留意的是厄瑪奴耳，直接翻譯是「天主與我們同在」。具體的意思是 我們應效法聖母接受上主的聖言，在生活的崗位上，承行上主的聖意。作為一名聖 母軍，聖誕的意義不只在於救主降生成人，我們也要學習聖母那一份謙卑的服從。 上主給我們的任務總不簡單，要背負起救贖靈魂的工作，實在需要一份勇氣。 讓我們祈求天主賜給我們一顆虔敬的心，使我們能學習聖母的美德，好準備迎 接今年的聖誕。主佑大家!

Article Series 為基督作見證
你還記得第一次接觸信仰是透過甚麼的方法嗎？相信絕大部分人也是聽回來， 透過其他人的話語，而這亦是我們的宗教傳承下來的最主要方法。宗教單憑文字， 還是略欠說服力，但是加上別人的見證，他們主動地把信仰帶進我們的身旁，信仰 的種子才得以散播出去。
閱讀聖經，我們會發現無論是在任何一個時代，即使是戰亂或亡國的時候，很 多人仍然會堅持走出來宣講天主的道；在耶穌出生前，當然也有人為祂修直好道 路，那人就是耳熟能詳的若翰洗者。他在曠野簡樸地生活，用自己的生活來為基督 作見證。慢慢地來聽他講道的人越來越多，也有不少的人因為他的宣講而受洗。
用身體去承受天主的道，並把喜樂的信息散播出去的人，又豈止若翰洗者一 個，我們在天的母親 ─ 瑪利亞也是如此，由聖母領報起，她的一生也全是為了基 督。她當日的允諾，正是把默西亞帶到我們身邊的關鍵。並且，在瑪利亞答應了 後，她便馬上動身探訪表姐依撒伯爾，把天主即將來臨的喜訊，告訴身邊的人。 「天使答覆她說：『聖神要臨於你，至高者的能力要庇廕你，因此，那要誕生的聖 者，將稱為天主的兒子。且看，你的親戚依撒伯爾，她雖在老年，卻懷了男胎，本 月已六個月了，她原是素稱不生育的，因為在天主前沒有不能的事。』瑪利亞說： 『看！上主的婢女，願照你的話成就於我罷！』天使便離開她去了。瑪利亞就在那 幾日起身，急速往山區去，到了猶大的一座城。」
我們所相信的「從宗徒傳下來的教會」，本就是靠宗徒們的見證，把基督復活 的救贖，像薪火一樣傳到今天我們的心中。他們縱使在被追逼的時代，仍盡一切所 能傳教，大膽承認自己的身份，並沒有因膽怯而隱藏。作為一個聖母軍，但願我們 都能像若翰洗者和聖母一樣，用自己的生命為基督作證，把喜訊帶給更多家的人。

Articles I. 從前有一條小魚意外墮入魚網中，奄奄一息之際，它隱約聽到一把聲音： 「快！快給水這條魚！只要有水，它才能生存！」後來，小魚醒來，發現自己在海 中，但是，它卻對那人的話念念不忘。「究竟甚麼是水呢？為甚麼只有水，才能生 存呢？」這個問題一直困擾著它。它問螃蟹，螃蟹不知道；問蝦，蝦也不知道；最 後問了最聰明的海豚，它回答：「水，你一直都生活在水中呀！海洋就是水呀！沒 有了水，你決不可生存。」這下子，魚終於明白了。
「守瞻禮主日」、「凡主日及其他規定節日，應參與彌撒及善工」，這些種種 的教會禮儀中，皆可見到天主，祂在我們生命中，佔了重大的位置。我們一直都活 在主內，同時，主亦活在我們內，我們亦為主而活。活在天主內，就是充滿恩寵； 為主而活，就是愛主愛人。 愛主愛人 ─ 人不可以説：「我愛主，卻恨我的仇人」，因為人是按天主的肖 像而造成，也是天主所愛的。主耶穌基督曾說過：凡我們對最小的一個所做的，也 就是對祂所做。所以天主與人是不可分割的。 所謂愛主 ─ 遵守十誡、時常祈禱、朝拜聖體等，通通都不用多説。我們時常 說我們很愛天主，但天主又如何愛人呢？ 天主為人的緣故，派遣祂的獨生子耶穌來到我們的中間，更為救贖我們的罪而被釘 在十字架上；祂卻沒有要求我們以同等的愛去愛祂，只叫我們愛近人如同我們自己 一樣。這是何等無條件的愛啊！ 去愛人，就跟他們去展示主的愛。 透過行動去愛他人。聖母軍經常愛強調團員們的工作，從工作中帶出愛。凡我 們對天主所做的，也要對身邊的人做，那怕是微不足道的事。

德蘭修女曾説過：「我們無法在這個地球上做大事，我們只能帶著大愛來做 小事。」她為我們完全地展示出愛主，也愛弱小者的榜樣。 耶穌曾稱讚那寡婦：「我實話告訴你們：這個窮寡婦比眾人投入的都多，因 為眾人都是拿他們多餘的投入，作為給天主的獻儀；而這個寡婦卻是從她的不足 中，把她所有的一切生活費都投上了。」寡婦所奉獻的只不過是微小的獻儀，但 在天主眼中，那卻是無比的愛。天主不在乎事物的大小，祂只在乎當中的愛和心 意。 願我們都能懷著大愛，去做小事。愛主愛人，活在主內。

Q: Have you ever doubted God?
Thomas, one of Jesus’s disciples, has a famous nickname, ‘Doubting Thomas’. He was told to spread the word of God after Jesus’s crucifixion, and when he was told that Jesus has resurrected, he replied that he wouldn’t believe it unless he actually sees and touches Jesus’s wounds. However, when Jesus knew that Thomas doubted him, he wasn’t mad at all, and gave him the chance to see for himself. Doubting is part of our human nature, whether we are Christians or not, and God allows us to question, simply because he loves us, even if we are imperfect. Doubting isn’t bad, but instead, it strengthens our faith even more, it is like a gift from God, and a guide for us towards maturity and growth. Therefore, whenever you felt like doubting God, it’s okay! He will guide us through it, for he has a plan for our good. When experiencing doubt, it is important for us to remember 5 things, 1. God sacrificed his son, Jesus, for the sins of mankind, 2. He gave us the Holy Spirit to comfort us, 3. He is working for our good, 4. We are his children and 5. what we are going through isn’t just for us. No one will perfectly walk in faith with Christ, no matter of sins or of doubts. Faith isn’t the absence of doubt but a means to overcome it. We shall keep seeking God through our doubts and fears, and that is how our faith grows! Succour
Jesus said to him, “Do you believe because you see me? How happy are those who believe without seeing me!” (John 20:29)

走到 2020 年的尾聲，我們都經歷了不少的挫折：政局動盪，疫情肆虐所致的 經濟低迷。身在香港，遙看寰宇…… 這個聖誕節告訴我們什麼呢？ 在馬槽旁的聖母、若瑟、賢士們和牧羊人見證了那個歷史時刻 — 耶穌誕生。 這是一種福氣，他們擁有無限的勇氣和決心面對眼前崎嶇的路程，但光陰似箭，日 月如梭，轉眼間已過了超過二千年，我們還能享有這種福氣嗎 ？ 不論二千年後的我們經歷了什麼挫折，在人生的谷底，例如是 2019 新冠病毒 疫情，耶穌無時無刻也陪伴著我們，走過每一個時刻。就像帶領賢士的那顆星一樣 引導着我們的前路，帶我們走出黑暗的迷宮。現時我們法參加彌撒，需要更改為網 上彌撒，這有可能會使我們的信仰消沉，就像迷失了的羊。但是，耶穌不會因此而 遺棄我們，祂會把我們從懸崖處救回，並放在其餘的 99 隻羊中間。也許我們也有 一些消沉的時刻，各種的衝突、身邊的人離開你、經濟困難，但是耶穌也會在我們 的身旁陪伴我們，只要我們找一個地方靜下來，畫十字聖號，靜靜地祈求耶穌的降 臨…… 我們都會找到安穩，在耶穌的懷抱中休息，忘記各種的負擔和包袱。 因此，今年的聖誕節除了送禮物和交換聖誕咭以外，我們都不可以忘記耶穌誕 生的事蹟，最重要的是：感謝天主祝福我們這份微小的心靈，祂會帶領我們走出黑 暗；在黑暗中照耀著我們，期待我們重新站起來，繼續行走！

《不要讓人小看你年輕》（弟前 4：12） （節錄自 11 月 23 日早會分享） 今早起床到現在，你花了多少時間上網？在我當值的時候，見到有些同學總是 機不離手。 「今天，我要介紹青年卡洛 ‧ 阿庫蒂斯給大家認識。卡洛 1991 年出生於英國 倫敦。跟大家一樣，他喜愛說笑、吃甜、踢足球，而他最喜愛的就是打電腦遊戲。 他亦是一個熱愛耶穌聖體的青年。不過，卡洛亦明白自律的重要性，每星期只容許 自己打一個小時電腦遊戲。2002 年，亦即卡洛 11 歲的時候，他問了一個問題： 「為何體育館可以滿座，而聖堂總是空無一人？」3 年間，他建立了一個網站，裏 面列出 160 多個聖體奇蹟，無數的大人、青年因為瀏覽他的網站而重返聖堂。 今年，卡洛 15 歲……」 「等一下，鄧 sir，你是否計錯了？他 1991 年出世， 現在應該 29 歲。」2006 年，即是卡洛 15 歲的時候，他因為突發性白血病去世， 而教會在 10 月冊封卡洛為真福聖人。 有一句俗語：不知死，焉知生？煉靈月裏面，教會鼓勵我們多參考聖人生平反 省自己生活。你可能會說：「我們還這麼年輕，放鬆點，長大出來做事就自然會改 善、會認真。」或者，「我們還這麼年輕，做什麼也改變不到大人、改變不到這個 世界。」真福卡洛的生命告訴我們：不，你做得到的。 年紀和環境從來不是做好事的限制。年輕，正正就是開始做好事、養成良好習 慣的黃金時間；無論是順境、逆境都是做好事的最好環境；甚至，第四波疫情來 到，亦不會阻礙我們做好自己。 就讓我們祈禱，向天主祈求同一份積極，亦為中六的同學祈求一份平安，去奮 鬥。 各位青年人，你還在等什麼？就在今日開始做一個小的改變，令自己和這個世 界變得更好。 Br. V. From Old testament to New testament, there were two Josephs: Joseph with the coat of many colours, and Joseph the Protector of the Holy Family. Both of them had many dreams about the Father, but the dreams were so different. Joseph in the Old Testament had the ability to analyse dreams, to him, dreams brought him a wonderful and brightful life. On the other hand, Joseph the Protector of the Holy Family had his dreams all related to unpredictable events, including the coming of Jesus, escape to Egypt, etc. Put yourself into his shoes, what would be your reaction if you were Joseph? Maybe these dreams were absolutely the worst nightmares in your life. Undoubtedly, no matter how the dreams were to the two josephs, God’s wills were included in their dreams. God’s promises of bringing fruitfulness to the earth, to everyone not only the believers. God’s promises of bringing the saviour to the earth to save humans from evil and to fully protect our messiah. Two Josephs had also followed God’s will obediently, be the dreamer that showed hope to mankind. Therefore, we should also be the brave “dreamers” of modern society. Living out God’s will, bringing hope to our neighbour and persisting our faith throughout our lives. These dreams might be good or not, safe or dangerous, but with strong faith, we should not be afraid of all the obstacles ahead of us and evangelize ourselves and our neighbours. We should always keep in mind that our Father, Jesus and Mary will be at our side, supporting us to be the fearless “dreamers” in our community.

聖堂 360
位於西環的聖安多尼堂是一間由慈幼會所管理的聖堂，歷史悠久，早在十九 世紀中後期而能找到這名字。至二十世紀初，由於教務興盛，便遷到今到的位 置，被批准有主理婚配權。1996 年，教堂慶祝聖安多尼冊封為教會聖師的金慶， 並取得附有証書的聖安多尼聖髑（聖人的皮膚），奉放於堂區的聖安多尼像前。 2009 年，聖安多尼堂被評為二級歷史建築，進一步展現堂區的歷史。由建立至 今，聖堂也經歷了大大小小的裝修，重建聖母岩、安裝冷氣機、改建告解亭等， 為的就是與時並進，提供一個更好的靈修環境給教友。
路過那裡發現，聖堂面向馬路的大門至現在都不會使用，教友通常都會出入 在相連學校內的門口；在這個入口旁，正放置着會祖聖鮑思高的塑像。聖堂的下 層有一個露天的角落，設有聖母岩，擺放着露德聖母像。
聖安多尼堂縱然它屹立於斜坡上，遠離大街，但它的福傳工作卻不只於此。 不只是說為毗連的小學提供牧靈，把福音的精神帶進校園，也是把基督的那份愛 帶入社區。由 2004 年起，聖安多尼堂近乎每年都會在基督普世君王節舉辦嘉年 華 ─ 「耶穌出巡愛西環」，當中不只有攤位遊戲，還有聖體出巡，讓教友能親身 感受到聖體的奇妙，拉近天主和非教友之間的關係。疫情期間，聖堂亦有募集並 送贈抗疫用品給有需要人士，把天主的愛帶給更多人。

從前，有個若望保祿一世教宗 在 1912 年 10 月 17 日，教宗若望保祿一世（本名阿爾比諾．盧恰尼）出生在意大利北部 的佛諾德康埃爾市，是第一位出生於 20 世紀的教宗，也是歷任教宗中，執政時間最短的人之 一。他僅僅執政了 33 天，但他對後世影響卻是深遠。 盧恰尼在 11 歲那年開始接觸天主，在一個小修道院學習神學，不久就往盧諾省神學院進 修，後來被拒絕入耶穌會，而成為了一名神父。經過一番努力之後，他以極優秀的成績取得了 神學博士學位。 盧恰尼在他的一生中，曾四次擔任不同主教的角色。由 1947 年開始到 1973 年，他曾被任 命為輔理主教、主教、宗主教、樞機。最終在 1978 年 8 月的教宗選舉秘密會議中，他在第四輪 投票中被選舉為第 263 任教宗，他最後選擇了「若望保祿」為教宗的名稱，以表達對前任者的 敬意。 教宗若望保祿一世上任後，使教宗「人性化」，他用「I」自稱，而非高高在上的「royal we」。除此之外，他也是第一位拒絕教宗御座的教宗，因為他不想要建立一個萬人之上的形 象，而是在公眾心中，建立一位牧者教宗的形象。 1978 年 9 月 29 日的黎明，教宗若望保祿一世被發現已經離世。他的死至今仍然有不同的 說法，但可以肯定的是他一生都是為教會服務，以謙遜為座右銘，為天主教帶來溫暖和笑聲， 是我們心中的「微笑教宗」。 SOIL

沙爾德聖保祿女修會源於樂維威，是法國的一條小村莊，由該村的堂區司鐸沙路易神 父所創立的。1696 年他邀請了一些少女幫助他教育兒童和探訪病人。最初有四位勇敢、無 私的少女參與這項義務工作。後來她們的導師迪瑪利安娜加入，她們組成了第一個團體， 並被稱為「學校女兒」的團體。 1708 年，沙爾德教區的主教 ─ 保祿葛德馬烈主教，邀請修女到沙爾德服務，於在該 地成了修會的中心。主教同時也把自己的名字贈與修女，跟隨偉大的聖保祿宗徒，於是她 們就成了沙爾德聖保祿女修會。修女們教一些女孩縫紉和烹飪，幫助她們日後成為好的妻 子和母親。由於地方狹窄，修女們把兒童帶到她們的地下室去，在燭光下教導他們讀書、 寫字、計算和要理。她們不單關注窮人的教育，還常常去探訪他們，特別當他們生病時， 給予適切的照顧。 沙爾德聖保祿女修會的使命是要效法聖保祿的榜樣。她們獻身於教育，照顧貧病者， 並在他人身上看到並服侍耶穌基督。不論她們從事哪種工作， 她們都明白自己生活的首要 宗旨，便是天國的來臨。她們把自己奉獻於天主， 響應福音的勸喻，度貞潔、神貧和服從 的生活。透過與天主結合及服務他人， 竭力達到愛德的完善境界。 為回應香港監牧、日本代牧奧斯定福嘉主教的邀請，四位沙爾德聖保祿女修會的修女 在海上航行了四個月後，於 1848 年 9 月 12 日由法國抵達香港。當時修女主要收容被遺棄 的嬰兒，其後該會陸續將服務擴展至開辦學校及醫院。修會在 1916 年開始在銅鑼灣大力擴 展，在修院內先後興建了女修道院、聖保祿學校、聖保祿醫院、基督君王小堂及護士宿 舍。目前沙爾德聖保祿女修會開辦了三間學校和兩所醫院。 我認為沙爾德聖保祿女修會的使命十分值得我們學習，她們服侍人群中最弱小的兄弟 姊妹，看到耶穌在這些人身上的臨在。作為一名聖母軍，希望大家也能效法聖保祿為一切 人，成為一切的精神，服務他人。 Medal

ALLOCUTIO
今個星期是將臨期第一主日，也是新禮儀年的開始。十一月是煉靈月，我們對這個主 題亦不會陌生，教會透過不同的讀經、福音，幫助我們去理解末世，並提醒我們，我們的 生命以至世界，也會迎來終結的一天。
那麽，爲何我們每年都要默想這個主題？因爲教會藉以提醒我們不要掉以輕心，對自 己的生命不要有不切實際的幻想，我們生存在這個世界上，要對自己的生命負責任，不可 不理會自己的生命。作爲年輕人的我們，應該妥善地爲自己的將來好好規劃，計劃自己在 大學想讀的科目，將來的職業等。但是，我們不要以爲這些都是必然會發生。
世界的終結，終是發生；我們的死亡，終究會到來，但我們不知道這個時辰何時來 到。將臨期除了紀念聖誕節，更是提醒我們這個世界會終結，我們的主耶穌隨時會降臨。 在這兩種心態中取得平安，是我們基督徒的藝術。
我們深信天主是一切的主宰，沒有事情能夠脫離天主的掌握，無論發生什麽事，我們 不需要感到擔心，因爲我們是在天主的手中。我們要爲自己的未來好好規劃，但同時亦需 要為末日或死亡做好準備。我們不要讓自己停留在罪惡的無底深潭，如果我們準備得好， 這些末日爲我們來説根本不是懲罰，以天主會將那份永恆的慈愛賜予我們。
當我們在聖母軍生活的時候，我們知道困難是不會缺少的，外在的困難令到我們很難 作招募，不能開會、不能參加什麽服務。倘若我們不好好擁抱這些困難，我們正是浪費天 主給我們的挑戰。透過這些挑戰，我們會更加清晰地看清天主的旨意。
記得手冊的第六章第三節：我們不能只接受光榮的基督卻不接受痛苦的基督，我們不 能只接受行奇跡的耶穌卻不接受會受苦難的耶穌，不要忘記耶穌召叫我們去分擔耶穌的十 字架，好讓我們能在現世跟耶穌面對這些痛苦，而在永恆當中跟耶穌一起享受永遠的福 樂。
要時常記得，天主永遠都愛我們。

Free of Doubts
1. 天主給我們的痛苦有甚麼意義和重要性呢？
痛苦原是人生少不免的事，源自亞當和夏娃犯罪時，天主對 人的懲罰。為甚麼天主以生命的痛苦來懲罰人呢？如果沒有痛 苦，世界也就沒有缺憾。人會以為現世生命就是一切。可是，現 世生命原是暫時的，天主許諾的是死亡後的永恆生命，同時實在 地在現世生活。另外，沒有痛苦，人會享受現在的生命，而因為 人總有一死，人就會以為世界的一切都是虛幻，沒有意義，或以 為人自己就是生命的目的。可是，人之所以存在，是為了天主， 天主才是人受造的目的，而不是人自己。痛苦成了帶領人尋找生 命終向的工具。再者，人犯罪多端，而每一個罪惡又對他人有所 影響，故痛苦又可以作為補贖罪過的方法。藉著忍受和擁抱現世 的痛苦，我們可為自己和他人的罪，作出補贖。你在一件事上錯 誤地享受、或追尋了本不應追尋的事；那麼在另一件事証受點 苦，作為賠補，這才就是補贖的意思。
最後，人在痛苦中，知道自己並不能找到解決的方法。因 此，人會尋求天主的幫忙，增進對天主的依賴，與天主一起生 活。
所以，聖人們不但不逃避，而且喜愛一切的痛苦，他們在痛 苦中認出了天主的愛情，是天主邀請他們一起救贖靈魂的途徑， 一條成聖的捷徑。
2. 如何能在逆境中找到喜樂？
如果明白了上題的答案，那麼我們就會明白，在痛苦或逆境 中，我們會被天主所淨化，不受世間的一切享樂所迷惑，且與耶 穌在一起，藉痛苦 ─ 十架救贖他人。還有甚麼事能使我們更喜樂 呢？我原是個罪人，天主不但救贖我，更使我分享祂的神聖使 命。其他任何使我們高興的事物，不論是食物、遊戲、享受等， 都不能與這神聖使命媲美。
甚麼是喜樂呢？它與開心不同，後者多是感受上的，而前者 則超越感受，甚至是一個德行。
體驗受苦的價值和資格，不是因外在事物所引起的情感，而 是尋找事物背後意義的滿足。
所以，在逆境中，我們要祈禱，求天主賜我們清晰的心靈眼 光，看透世事。那麼我們就會在一切情況下，不論順逆，都看到 天主那慈愛的手在引領著我們生活的每一步。
最後，將生活中面對的一切痛苦都帶到彌撒聖祭中，與十字 架的耶穌一起，奉獻給天父，你就會看到痛苦所指示的方向，就 是天主。同時，天主也藉耶穌的祭獻，使我們充滿恩寵，繼續在 逆境中前進。
順帶一提，我們天主的子女，從來不說甚麼正能量、樂觀精 神、正向價值等話，這些都是自欺欺人的，最終都是想說明人自 己能解決所有的困難。這是一個謊言，而聖經告訴我們，魔鬼是 一切謊言的父親。

I think ‘Awake’ is certainly a good choice of the theme. Although the days may not be as good as we expected, we still have to pay attention to every little thing around us. It was indeed a very well-prepared and thoughtful video for annual report presentation, as I can see how much effort you have invested in making this impressive video. The written report was concise and reader-friendly, which is very different from the usual lengthy and wordy report. In fact, we Pure share a very similar situation as Charity, that we also get very few members, so we really understand how frustrating it is every time thinking about the future of the praesidium. However, we never see the socalled hopelessness from Charity, as they will keep trying their best in doing the assignment, having weekly meetings, maintaining good relationships with members, in order to fulfill their duties as a legionary. The spirit of Legion of Mary, staying faithful and striving your best, is truly reflected in Charity. Good luck in the coming year and continue with your good work!

Please comfort those who may not be able to see their family during the pandemic of COVID-19. May your joy and peace be always with them. Let them reunite with their families soon. Happiness is a vague concept, but is something everyone desires for. In this chaotic world, it is undoubted that safe and healthy are the biggest happiness. May God guide us with the light of His star towards Jesus and Mary so that we will visit Him in prayers, confession and acts of love. Amen.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many people were laid off and lost their financial support. May God bless them to remain faithful in your will and be positive apart from facing any difficulties. May their family also remain hopeful and faithful, and are able to live out a life that you wish. Lord, please also bless them to be employed again and survive in the pandemic. Dear Lord, Over this year, our lives have been affected in different aspects because of the on-going pandemic. Masses and lots of religious activities are cancelled and we are forced to stay at home. There are so many temptations at home and we all agree that we are sinners. Lord, we always sin because of selfishness, lusts, greed, especially during this period. As we spend more time with our families, we might argue with our siblings, or disobey our parents, or play games all day. However, this pandemic is not an excuse for us to sin, in fact it is a challenge for us to discipline ourselves. Thank you God for giving this chance to us and let us reflect on our sins. We ask for your forgiveness and show us the way to become a better person. Just as God said, give us courage to face temptations and deliver us from evil.
