There are a lot of Notable Music Artist from Denver. The Fray, Sugarloaf or Jill Sobule to name a Few. But there is one New Artist on deck making headlines that I think you should know. He goes by the stage name JK III and had this to say when interviewed about his up and coming projects. “I have been wanting to perform my whole life. It all began at my High School Talent Show. I had my first public performance there as a Sophomore and although I didn’t Win,but the thrill and exhilaration of the cheering and applause pushed my motivation over the edge.” said JK III SXSW Performance

“I Have been wanting to perform my entire life but I have been making a professional push toward my dreams, the last 2 Years. I Have been in the studio with a Talented producer named Tommy Fortune. We have a New track out on iTunes called “Your Love.” Says JK “If I Could compare my music to another artist out there, I would say Future, XXX, Young Thug or Trippie Redd. Why? Because my music has Trap Rock style Genre. If I Could collaborate with anyone one in the industry, I Would definitely choose Jay Z Because he is the Greatest and of course Nicki Minaj, well, because she is my love!” Laughs JK III “Really, it is just Music itself that inspires me. I think about it 24/7. I will actually be performing at SXSW at Tellers in Austin Texas. I take the stage March 14th, 2019. During the Social Media search for our newest cover model, I was luck enough to stumble across this Brunette Beauty. Her name is Samantha Clark and she is an up and coming model on the scene. She reminded me a Lot of Kristen Stewart and not so much for looks, but because of her shy demure in some of her photos that slowly turned into stunning “Fairy-tale Chic” looks. That just goes to show, she has many layers to her style as a Model. Here is what she had to say during a recent interview. “ Although I Have only been modeling a few months, I automatically knew I was doing what I loved the moment I Stepped in front of the camera.”said Clark

This gorgeous young mother says she finds inspiration from various places. “My inspiration all comes from my life. Life includes myself and my son. From the silliest, funniest, craziest parts that my child’s Smile brings...to the Sensual, exotic and beautiful side of myself.”

“I may still be learning, but even in the small amount of time, I Have accomplished so much. I Have already been MMM Magazine for “Legs Week & Sex Appeal.” Says Samantha.

“In the future, I would love to do more Magazines, Runway and Commercials. For now, I am perfecting my craft so I can get there.” Says Clark.

His days in the spotlight as an activist has led him to bigger roles on television. “I have a dreamed of becoming an actor since age 7. My mom asked me what I wanted to be and at such a Young age, some parents don’t take far fetched dreams serious. My mother saw something in me and I began going to auditions soon after. I have officially been acting since age 12.” says Dwen. “I soon had an audition with BBC Television. Hold that position for 5 seconds and slowly lower ½ way to the floor. Repeat 10 reps. b. Squat The Squat will improve hip flexibility and stretch the legs. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and bend knees until the thighs rest on the calves. Make sure the heels are resting on the floor and the knees never pass the toes. Hold this position for 20 seconds then slowly rise. Repeat this movement 10 times. Hold weights to create more intensity.

Do as many push ups as you can daily. Target different muscles by varying the hand grip variations. Wide grip push-ups target the shoulders, while close grip pushups target the triceps.
