THE FAIRTRADE LABORATORY “DA TUTTI I PAESI” (From all countries) was created in 1995 in Rome by Casa Betania, a special foster home based in Rome. It is a place of exchange and untiring activity, a unique experience of dialogue and combined effort. Women and mothers, both immigrants and italians, taking leave of the foster home, carry out a work of creativity, living in a special environment founded on social participation, for which they receive a fair pay that enables them to sustain their family with dignity.
