Wau Diocese
The diocese Wau is dedicated to preaching the gospel of Christ to non believers and nurturing them, facilitating them with the skills and abilities for social and economic development and spiritual growth. On the ground Wau Diocese covers two out of the 10 States of Southern Sudan, plus the Abyei Area (one of the 3 disputed areas between the North and the South according to the 2005 peace deal the CPA.) Wau Diocese is divided into 15 Arcdeaconaries, including the Abyei Area.
