Other additions to the design gallery include conference rooms that can accommodate meetings between homeowners and their project team members, from architects to fabricators. There is also a complimentary beverage station to complete the full meeting and conference experience, all just steps away from our warehouse showroom. Other vignettes will be installed in future phases as we expand the design gallery. Expansion of natural and LED lighting throughout our 60,000-square-foot showroom and the addition of a crane system that quickly and efficiently moves stones for ease of viewing and side-by-side comparison are key components in the customer experience. As one of our customers, Stefanie Hegyi, said, “I’ve recently been to eight granite warehouses in the Triangle area, and CRS was by far the nicest and had the best selection. You could actually see all the slabs
because the warehouse is so well lit, and the music playing was a nice touch. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. CRS is definitely first on my list next time I need granite.” CRS has expanded the number of natural stones available to its customers. Currently, the warehouse stocks more than four hundred colors of granite, marble, quartzite, quartz, and soapstone. Compare that to the typical big-box retailer’s inventory of ten to fifteen options and other fabricators with twenty choices. Our twenty-seven years in this business has given us the chance to expand quarry relationships that help our customers see all the stones the world has to offer.
