NOTE Hello sassy dolls! My name is Cali & I’m the Editor-In-Chief for SKORCH magazine.
I’m a California girl who has always had an obsession with ALL elements of fashion. I love hair (big, long & most definitely fake) makeup, accessories, swirly perfumes, decadent lingerie, sexy stilettos & amazing clothes. No matter my size I’m still a SKORCH’N bombshell & so are you! I worked in corporate America for the last 18 years and although that time in my life was very rewarding and demanding, it doesn’t compete with working for SKORCH. What girl doesn’t want to be surrounded by fashion? I remember watching a reality show earlier in the year called “Running in Heels” about 3 young ladies interning at Marie Claire and vying for a permanent position. I remember having stars in my eyes as I watched thinking I could do that, or instead of doing that, I would do this. Keep reading it gets so much better!

I, like many of you, discovered SKORCH Magazine a few years back and I was in awe! SKORCH was different than all the other online plus magazines and I immediatley related to what SKORCH had to offer. During SKORCH’s temporary hiatus (which seemed like a lifetime) I would periodically check the SKORCH website & myspace page in hope of news & then pow, bam boom SKORCH was coming back. I instantly knew I not only wanted to support their return efforts I wanted to be part of the team. Voilà here I am living a dream, and for that I say “Thank You Jessica Kane”! My goal is to fill this magazine with fun, edgy, interesting, informative, and most of all fashionable content.
