RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOUR STAY ORGANISING YOUR SUITCASE We provide you with towels, bathrobes and slippers for your treatments. Bring a swimming costume, which is mandatory in the institute. You should also bring a sarong (for the hammam treatments) and sportswear (for the sports activities). ORGANISING YOUR TREATMENTS As the Spa establishes the programme of treatments in advance, please indicate any medical contraindications when making your reservation. Treatments are scheduled for alternating mornings and afternoons, in half-days. There is plenty of time for rest and recreation. Our treatment packages are not modifiable, however, if you would like a different programme, you can consult our spa manager who will do his best to satisfy you. CONTRAINDICATIONS Marine spa treatments are contraindicated in the following cases: cancer, cardiovascular conditions, endocrine
conditions, recent vascular diseases, infectious diseases, general immunological deficiencies, skin diseases, allergy to iodine, psychiatric disorders. ACCESS, MINIMUM AGE In order to fully benefit from your treatments, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to access the treatments and must be accompanied by a parent in the duo cabin. DELAY, CANCELLATION, LIABILITY If you are late, your treatment will be shortened by the same amount, in order to respect the next client’s appointment. Any treatment booked and cancelled less than 24 hours before will be charged at 100% of its value. For guests staying at the hotel, a safe is available in the room. For external guests, a secure cloakroom is available. Don’t forget to put your valuables there. The management declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of objects.
