OBAMACARE 2015, WHAT “LIES” AHEAD? LIES AND DAMN LIES HAVE CREATED NEW MIDDLE-CLASS OF UNINSUREDS OP/ED BY SPENCER A. LEHMANN, RHU By Spencer A. Lehmann, RHU

cause Insurance Companies to have to cancel large numbers of policies that will not be in compliance as we have already seen in a number of states, one truly damaging reality that is a direct cause of the UnACA is that the deductibles are so much higher for the MiddleClass Americans that only the poor, who are covered under Medicaid (Welfare) and the more affluent Americans who can afford the financial hit of high deductibles, will be able to afford to access needed Medical Care.

P

resident Barack Obama and the Congressional Democrats promised “Hope and Change” in 2009, with Obamacare, the UnACA, as their centerpiece. Instead of Hope and Change they have delivered Pessimism and Cynicism and the Change they hyped as being positive Change is just the opposite, very negative. The PPACA, aka the ACA, is in fact the UnACA, the UnAffordable Care Act. Barack Obama: “The average premium cost will be $2,500 less per year!” Lie. “You can keep your policy, period!” Lie. “You can keep your doctor, period!” Lie. While there are a number of serious very negative results of Obama’sCare that will affect Millions of Americans in this year of 2015, including higher penalties for not carrying the UnACA, while even more once insured Americans will lose their policies thanks to the UnACA Rules that will

The result will be a far less healthy, far less thriving Middle-Class of Americans, thanks to the inept planning and manipulative actions of a Democratic Party President and Democratic House and Senate who have been hell bent on their own personal Fame and Legacies than they were on doing what was in the best interests of their constituencies, the America Public. Middle Class America is not using Obamacare because the deductibles are far too expensive: “The growing problem could

have serious consequences for the middle-class. Twice as many people (22 percent) have delayed treatment for serious illnesses than for smaller problems (11 percent). Part of the problem is an ongoing shift towards higher deductibles and out-of-pocket costs, while health insurance premiums continue to rise all the same. The trend, which existed to some extent before Obamacare, increased in intensity with the onset of the health-care law. (RELATED: 4 Of 5 Companies May Hike Deductibles Due To Obamacare) Some health policy experts argue that the trend helps cut down on wasteful health care spending. But those who already had health coverage, in many cases, are seeing their deductibles go up along with their premiums, making it more difficult than ever to afford medical care itself, on top of now-mandatory medical insurance. many Obamacare supporters have confirmed about the healthcare law: while it’s named the Affordable Care Act, its purpose was to increase the number of Americans with health insurance, not to make it more affordable for everyone. Let us not forget that while Sen. Chuck Schumer is now distancing himself from ObamaCare, when ObamaCare first was rammed through Congress and down the throats of an UnWilling America, Sen. Schumer was a strong supporter: This passage is included in a more lengthy explanation of his support on his own website which has since been taken down: “The Affordable Care Act: I am proud to support the historic Affordable Care Act – the 2010 health care reform bill that recently

The ordered rates vary by geographic territory and type of insurance. On average, homeowners insurance rates are to decrease by 0.3 percent, renter’s insurance rates are to increase by 11.2 percent, and condo owner’s insurance rates are to increase by 8.1 percent. The decision comes after Goodwin held a hearing to examine the insurance companies’ request to raise overall average rates by 25.6 percent. During the hearing, experts from the N.C. Due to the interest in maintaining reasonable prejudgment interest, Sierra Pacific shall decide to rebuild the Dam or recover its ACV within ninety days of the

conclusion of this litigation.

ZALMA OPINION Because this case involves a great deal of money to replace, the dam litigation ensued over the determination of ACV. Had the parties been interested in avoiding unnecessary litigation either the insurers or the insured could have demanded appraisal and allowed a panel of appraisers (arbitrators) to determine ACV and RCV. They chose to litigate instead and forced the court to determine the amount of loss. It did so and now Sierra has three months to decide if it will rebuild the dam to recover the difference between the ACV and RCV. That they fought so hard to have ACV and RCV determined to be the same amount one could speculate that the plaintiff has no intent to rebuild.

Liberal Claptrap Vs Reality

Michael Brown’s death was a tragedy. This incident has sparked a national conversation about the need to ensure confidence between law enforcement and the communities they protect and serve. While constructive efforts are underway in Ferguson and communities nationwide, far more must be done to create enduring trust. The Department will continue to work with law enforcement, civil rights, faith and community leaders across the country to foster effective relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve and to improve fairness in the criminal justice system overall. In addition, the Department continues to investigate allegations of unconstitutional policing patterns or practices by the Ferguson Police Department.

While there was no racial component to either the Brown or the Garner deaths, the events were nevertheless used by those with a racial agenda, including Al Sharpton, Eric Holder, Mayor Bill de Blasio and President Obama himself to agitate and incite riots and protests across the nation.
