SHELL REPORTS AND PARENT MEETINGS


MICHAELMAS TERM  First Interim Report - Three to four weeks into term

Interim reports are primarily written as internal documents but we send them out to parents as well. This report is very early in the boys’ time at Radley and is mainly intended as a check that the boys have settled in well. Effort is graded as: E=Exceptional, V=Very Good, G=Good, F=Fair, U=Unsatisfactory, P=Poor Performance is graded as: 1=Exceptional, 2=Very Good, 3=Good, 4=Fair, 5=Unsatisfactory, 6=Poor

 Mini Parents’ Meeting - Friday of Michaelmas Weekend

An opportunity to meet your son’s form master and discuss progress so far.

 Tutor’s Letter - Between Michaelmas Weekend and Leave Away

Your son’s Tutor will write a letter focusing on how the first few weeks have gone.

 Second Interim Report - One to two weeks after Leave Away

 End of Term Report

This is a fuller report summarising how your son has worked throughout the whole term, including his performance in the end of term exams.
