F OR E S T Community Art Project Exhibition at the Barker Gym, Radley College | 12 – 16 March Over 20 schools and 2,500 children are currently working on 3D tree templates to create their own unique trees! These will form part of a ‘Forest’ that will be on display to schools and members of the public at the Barker Gym, Radley College.

“Our hope is to involve as many members of the local community as possible in the creation of a group exhibition by inviting children from primary and secondary schools to take part. Tree templates have been delivered and the completed artworks will be collected after the Spring Half Term ready for the exhibition.” Maxine Hart, Art Teacher, Radley College

Our environment and sustainability are more important to us than ever and this project hopes to raise awareness and engagement with this issue. Trees hold the power to make all our lives better and healthier. Trees boost our mental health Provide homes for wildlife Give us shade in the heat They clean the air we breathe They lock up carbon as they grow

If a tree has power, a forest has even more; so too children working together to create a sustainable future. We look forward to your visit.
