Raising Our Energy Vibration

Raising our energy vibration gives us good health and higher energy. Positive things happen to us, and we interact more easily with people. We are inspired, creative, motivated, and laugh and smile easily.

When our vibration is low, we experience constant stress, tension, anxiety, depression, paranoia, and poor health. We tend to complain often and have negative relationships.

To increase the energy, start by moving our bodies to clear out the stagnant energy. Yoga can help, but aerobic exercises are best for this, and the endorphins can make us feel high.

Eat healthy high-vibrational foods, especially organic vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, and fermented foods! Dark chocolate is good! Cut back on low-vibration foods like sugar, soda, white flour, red meat, dairy products, and deep-fried foods.

It is especially important to avoid GMO corn, soy, canola, sugar, and cottonseed, which are contaminated with the poison Roundup, and so are wheat and oats. If we must eat these, they must be organic. Avoid artificial ingredients and processed food.

Positive thinking is essential. Be optimistic and speak positive affirmations! Talk with a friend about what is bothering you, so you can let go of the negative to be replaced by good. Always look for something good in what appears to be bad!

Meditation and breath work aid positive development and help us feel centered and grounded. They calm the body, boost immunity, and reduce stress. Take slow, deep breaths all the way in and all the way out for a few seconds each.

Practice self-love! Make time to be good to yourself and focus on what you need! Get plenty of sleep each day to keep your energy level high! When you love yourself, then you can love others.

Gratitude is essential to create the big things in life that you want. Feel gratitude in all things, and write them daily in a gratitude journal!
