Cheers to a great summer, lady! We are so excited to launch the first annual Summer Guide! This guide is filled with fun gifts handpicked by our members for your next wedding gift, baby shower or just because. In the pages, you’ll find our members’ favorite tips on how to make it the best summer in The Ocean State. Rhode Island kicks it up a notch in the summer time— from taking a day trip to Block Island to happy hour at The Hot Club to clam cakes and chowder at Iggy’s. We hope the tips in our guide help you explore our little state and make some new favorites this summer. This summer will also bring a lot of changes for PVD Lady Project; we have some new team members on board (including JWU-intern turned Graphic Designer, Sarah Dillonaire!) and a new NYC Correspondent in co-founder Julie Sygiel. We have an amazing summer planned with a super fun music event, a members-only event with the Founders League this July, a sunny afternoon in Newport and an evening at the State House. We’re so excited! On May 17, we’re celebrating the launch of this guide at Anthropologie with Providence Monthly and Ooh La La wines— hope to see you there!
