2023 IS LOOKING UP!

As we move through 2023, there are positive signs for both buyers and sellers. For sellers, overall market activity is strengthening. Both buyers and sellers benefit as mortgage rates descend and inflation eases. For buyers, home value appreciation is declining from the recent frenzy. All of that’s great news for the housing market this year!

In South Lake Tahoe, inventory is still very low, maintaining home values. Interest rates have decreased, in some cases by a quarter percent.

As we approach the end of winter and enter the busy buying season for the Lake Tahoe real estate market, consider scheduling your annual real estate review.
