BOARD ACTIONS
• Approved Gilbert Associates, Inc., CPAs, and Advisors for submittal of the 2022 Annual Audit for a cost of $20,100 to be expensed to Admin Operating Account #51000.
• Approved the Project Management Services Agreement, between the Tahoe Keys Property Owner’s Association and Sierra Ecosystem Associates, in the amount of $209,954, for the management of the Control Methods Test project for 2023 to be funded by the year 2 Control Methods Test Project Special Assessment.
• Approved the one-year extension for the existing Consulting Services Agreement to provide support services for the TKPOA Compliance with the Tahoe Keys 2014 Waste Discharge Requirements Permit for a cost not to exceed $50,000.
• Approved the 2023 Keys Breeze publishing contract with Just Imagine Marketing. No costs are associated with this contract.
