Williams

Interview by Kerrie Wearing

Oh my god, he’s an idiot. He’s an absolute nutter. I was back stage the

other night and he starts disco dancing. I’m like, “What are you doing?” and he’s dancing away. Then there are times when he’ll look at someone and say, “Gosh she’s really nice” and I’ll say, “Your dead”, and he’ll go, “No I’m not, I’m still alive”. We have this banter, it’s not like a holierthan-thou relationship. He’s a nutter. The thing is though, he matches my personality and I need that. If I had someone who was very quiet, I wouldn’t cope. I actually have five guides, and sometimes Ben will say, “I’m tired, your working with someone else tonight”. I’m writing a book at the moment on what happens when we die, so I have had someone else come in and share that whole process with me. It’s interesting that you find the guide that works for you when you need them.

What advice would you give to someone

seeking to enhance their own spirit guide connection?

My feeling is that spirit guides will come to

you when they need to come to you. They won’t show themselves if you don’t need to know who they are. They will come to you when you are ready and when you are prepared. I think it can be a bit of a shock and I think you do need to be on a spiritual pathway. You may not be conscious of your spiritual pathway, but as you go through certain things they may show themselves. I do believe meditation is a huge key. If you don’t meditate, get in touch with who you are or ask them to come forward, I think you’ll struggle. It’s all about listening to your own inner feelings, your own inner-self, it’s your own intuition, listening to that little voice inside.

I don’t think people

realise that that little voice has been put there by someone else. One of your websites is the Kids with Gifts site. As a parent, what advice would you give to another parent about parenting a sensitive child? http://kidswithgifts.squarespace.com

If you can listen and talk with them just because he didn’t believe me. You have to feel it in about it, you’ll find it opens your relationship with them and your own sense, and the thing is people will come around you can then do fun things with it. Charlie has an imaginary in their own time but if you force them then you may find friend, Danny, who would keep him awake at night. So we they’ll close off even more. My dad is a sceptic, but he is an open minded sceptic. At one of the Melbourne shows he actually came up to me and said, “I believed you tonight”. He does have that sceptical side, but what that has done is it’s made me work harder. It’s made get more specific information, it’s made me not to be so vague. I know if it’s a loved one it really can cause some friction and I think then you just have to say, “You know what, let’s just beg to differ”. Is that your advice even if the sceptic is your partner? You’ve got a catch 22 situation here. Do you leave your partner? If you love your partner, do you leave them just because they don’t agree with your spiritual view?

Take a walk with me, travel down that road, one you’ve barely seen, come take a walk with me. I am calling you, can you hear me call, I am calling you come take a walk with me. Do you know who I am? Do you know my name? I am calling you, come take a walk with me. I want to talk to you, tell you wonderful things, I want to talk to you and share with your dreams. Take a walk with me, I have seen you grow; take a walk me I know how you feel. I am here with you, I have always been, I will always be, here with you. I know who you are, and I witness your pain, let me guide the way, take a walk with me. Let me walk with you, I can see your love, I can heal your heart, come and talk with me. Our paths are the same as we travel forth; I am here for you just call my name. I walk along side you now. Have you noticed me? I am your higher-self, I know what you’ve seen. Let me help you now, not just in your darkest hour, I can help you see the beauty in you. You have a glow inside, something you chose to hide, let the world see it now, it’s time to shine. Be in love with you, as I am too, be in love with you, and let me walk with you. Sit down by the lake and what do you see? See the glow in you from the love that you feel. Let you love yourself, see the beauty inside. Let the world see now just how brightly you shine. Let us walk together, let us talk while we do, together we can let the world see you. I know that inside you now, you know who you are, let the world see just how special you are. As I walk with you I can see you shine, now that you love thyself the world will shine. Thank you, I hear, and it touches me so, we are one and together we grow. 6

Finding Big

L ve

Is Possible At Any Age ByARIelle foRd

Is it your dream to find a soul mate? A life-partner who will love, cherish and adore you?

As someone who didn’t meet and marry my soul mate until I was 44, I learned a lot along the way about what does and doesn’t work in the world of love and romance. Here’s what I know for sure: finding true love is possible for any one at any age if you’re willing to prepare your self, on all levels, to become a magnet for love. This wonderful Universe of ours is set up to deliver the people and things we draw to us that our consistent with our personal belief system. If you don’t believe you will ever find the ONE, then, guess what? You get to be right …you probably won’t. If, however, you learn to believe that the ONE is not only out there but is ALSO LOOKING FOR YOU, then true love can be yours. When I was in my early forties I decided to manifest my soulmate using everything I had ever learned about manifestation, psychology, spirituality, and the Law of Attraction. My intentions became crystal clear while I simultaneously cleared out the clutter in my house AND in my heart. I learned and invented techniques, rituals, visualizations and prayers that helped me prepare my body, mind, spirit and home for an amazing relationship. And they worked. I met my husband, Brian, who has exceeded all of my desires and expectations. He was and is everything I ever wished for. What if I told you that it’s not your job to know HOW your soul mate is going to appear? What if I told you it’s only your job to be ready, willing and open to love. Think about it this way: you really don’t know where air comes from but you do believe that it’s always there for you, right? The same is true for love. It’s there for you. It’s always been there for you. You just need to remember the

love that you are and once you do, the Universe will deliver to you the perfect soul mate. The basic Law of Attraction states that you will attract to you those things that match your state of belief. Believing that your soul mate is out there is critical to the preparation of manifestation. I believe that the Universe is always mirroring back to us our beliefs about our selves and the world. If we believe the world is a loving and friendly place, then most of the time that will be our experience. But, if we believe the world is a chaotic, stressful and fearful place, then that becomes our reality. So, believing and knowing that your soul mate is out there is the most important part of the formula. Prior to meeting Brian ten years ago, I had a daily ritual in which I would light several candles at sunset, put on my favorite CD of Gregorian chants and sit in my big, cozy chair. With my eyes closed I would drop into the feeling of remembering the joy of having my soul mate in my life. I would experience these wonderful feelings in every part of my body KNOWING that he was on the way. There were days when the thought that he was very late did cross my mind but I would just let those thoughts go and get back into a state of grace….feeling and knowing that his arrival was assured. To manifest your soul mate here are the ten top things to do and remember: • Be the loving person that you are. Find ways to express more love to everyone in your life. • Live in the knowingness that you are in a loving, committed relationship. • Live that truth every day as you savor the waiting for your beloved to arrive. 8

Free Your Spirit By

Relationships can be loving, wonderful, challenging and complicated. The soul purpose of experiencing any kind of relationship is to better know and understand oneself. The primary relationship one must focus on and pay attention to is, the relationship with “SELF” first. Your experience of outer relationships will reflect the relationship you have with self. Low self worth, self-loathing and non-acceptance of one’s self will be mirrored back to you in your relationships. This does not mean however, others do not have there own self worth and self love issues, it only means that what others see in you, they subconsciously see within themselves and react to this energy. Therefore, the greater love and acceptance you have for yourself, the less affected by this energy and less likely you will be to draw this energy toward you. Be loving and accepting of self and you will create magnetic energy, drawing toward you, loving and fulfilling relationships. It is important to be gentle and kind to yourself. There is neither wrong nor right, there is only learning and growing as you lovingly uncover the layers, and remember the beautiful spirit of you. When you remember the magnificent you, you will reflect on the outside, how you feel about yourself on the inside, and how you relate to others. Affirmations are very powerful tools. You may like to try practicing daily affirmations while looking in the mirror, (Your name,) “ I LOVE AND ACCEPT YOU EXACTLY AS YOU ARE.” We tend to hold onto unforgiveness in relationships, believing it serves to protect us from further hurt. Whether you do this consciously or subconsciously. Holding on to unforgiveness may be slowing your progression to higher enlightenment and only serves to hold you prisoner to your pain and sadness and will hinder you from experiencing the joy and love you deserve. To release the prisoner within and accelerate your growth, surrender and release unforgiveness. This may seem difficult to imagine doing when there is anger, resentment and sadness within your heart. However, just by holding the intention to forgive and affirming daily, “ I RELEASE AND SURRENDER UNFORGIVENESS WITHIN MY HEART” will begin the process of lightening your heart. It is not necessary to forgive the personality or the act of another; it is only necessary to forgive their spirit. Take back your power, free yourself and allow your heart to expand and be filled with joy, love and light.

Forgiveness Is A State of Being

Paranormal investigator

Giving you insight into the world of a Paranormal investigator. By Andrea Kaldy

To forgive someone who has wronged us can be one of the hardest things anyone can do in life.

the truth, it is easier to have someone to put the blame on, someone we can make responsible for all our misery, than to actually face the facts of what has happened and accept that we were part of it, however small a part that may have been. It is easier to buy into the victim’s role and coerce sympathy from our friends over and over while reliving the past. This again channels energy into it, and thus keeping up the cycle, creating fear. Living in fear puts its stamp on our lives without us even noticing it. We make decisions based on that even subconsciously, restricting ourselves and excluding ourselves. Is this really a good base for living our lives to the fullest? I think, not. Next time you listen to yourself pass on an opportunity presented to you, stop for a moment and think about why. You will notice that at the root of that decision to decline an opportunity there is fear. Forgiveness is a state of being, not an act. You may say to a person that you forgive them f o r

their transgressions but what happens when the memories of those transgressions will come back to you? You will remind yourself that you have let that go from your life. Forgiving someone does not mean that you condone what they have done. It means that you are ready to release it from your life and that will allow them to do the same. It is natural to feel anger, sadness, disappointment and all those feelings. Honour yourself by acknowledging those feelings. You are entitled to them. It is through forgiveness that we find liberation from those feelings. It is one of the hardest things to do at first but as you feel the freedom it gives you, you will realise that this is how you may stop the spiral and regain control.

“We don’t really don’t understand anywhere near enough about it”.

According to what had transpired we choose our responses. One cannot put a measure on any particular experience, our perception determines our reality. Each of us have a different degree of awareness and live through our experiences according to our perception. When something happens that hurts us we have an option to let it go straight away, dwell on it only for a while or hold onto it permanently. While the first two options give us a chance to truly move on with our lives, the last one is the one that puts us into a real prison. While holding onto the hurt we are also chaining that person to ourselves, therefore feeding even more energy into the past. This becomes a vicious circle. Let’s f a c e

Remember, the state of forgiving brings true freedom. Who do you need to forgive today?

You are not born knowing how to have intimate relations, you must learn, just as a painter learns to create a masterpiece, with time, patience and practice, you can master your marriage and keep the embers burning brightly and hot monogamy well and truly alive in the bedroom with a few simple tips. Creating time to share intimate moments together where you can communicate your needs is imperative to establishing and maintaining passion. Take the time to learn about each others needs, listen to how your partner is expressing themselves and most importantly make a habit of giving and receiving to each other, especially in the bedroom. Communication will unlock the door to having an open and honest relationship that ultimately builds trust so you can surrender into love-making, which creates passion long after the lights go out. Women love directly from the heart and men love physically, so guys a little note to remember when you want to make love, foreplay is imperative to the process, take your time to explore her body, pleasuring her is of the utmost importance so she completely relaxes into you, compliment her, reassure her and validate her and allow her the grace to open like a flower in full bloom giving of her body and honouring you by receiving your love. Verbally expressing this may be a little difficult at times so his natural basic instinct is to express his love physically. As he responds to your emotional and physical needs, validate his worth as the man you love, and adore with a cuddle, a kiss or some cheeky foreplay. CHRYSOBERYL

by val maher

Chrysoberyl comes in three different types. There is chrysoberyl that is easily found, there is cats eye which can be dearer and alexandrite which is rare and very expensive. It comes in golden yellows, yellow and brown and one that is green with red traces. It can be found in countries such as Australia, Russia, Brazil, Norway, Canada, Ghana and Zimbabwe. Chrysoberyl is transparent in appearance, it is tabular, that is, it has two wider sides and is flat in shape. It should not be confused with beryl and is a completely different crystal. Its appearance can look hexagon-like, as its crystals are formed of three lots of cyclic twins called trilings, each one forming 120 degrees. The name comes from Greek meaning a gold white spar. It is third on the hardness scale. ATTRIBUTES The chrysoberyl crystal is one of new beginnings. It helps with forgiveness and brings compassion and the understanding of the feelings of others, aiding in the generosity towards those who may have hurt us by word or deed, and brings a deep peace into our lives. It also brings a confidence in one’s self and actions. HEALING In healing, a tabular crystal links two points and so forming a perfect balance. These crystals can aid or activate other crystals giving the more power. Chrysoberyl brings about selfhealing, giving us a greater understanding of the self, of our faults and short comings and therefore aiding us to overcome these. PSYCHOLOGICALLY Chrysoberyl opens the crown chakra, increasing both spiritual and personal power by aligning both the mind and the spirit in everything you do. Because it is a tubular crystal, energy flows freely through it helping to remove confusion and any misunderstandings and is an excellent aid in communication.

Simple forgiveness ritual There are many different ways people may exercise forgiveness. Here are two simple rituals that will help you to get release. 1 Gather a few flat stones or pieces of tree bark. Use a water soluble pen or a pencil to write on them the name of the person you wish to offer forgiveness to and why. Find a body of water near you. If this body of water has a bridge, it’s even better. Walk to the middle of the bridge on the footpath and state that your intention is to forgive that person for what they have done to you. You may even wish to say the words out loud. Then let the stones or bark fall into the water and state that you are now ready to release this from your life. Again, you may speak those words out loud. This issue will now truly become “water under the bridge” as the old saying goes. Please make sure you observe adequate safety. 2 Get yourself into a comfortable position, ready for meditation. Use a rose quartz crystal if you wish. Take three deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Imagine a golden circle around you on the ground and light pink mist rising up and slowly covering you up to the top of your head. See the person in question appearing in front of you slowly from the mist. You give them permission to step into your circle. Now state the issue that hurt you and you want to forgive them for. Visualise them taking your words in and understanding them. Then state your intention of letting this go out of your life and give them permission to do the same and then let them step out of your circle. Let the mist slowly dissipate back into the earth and undo the golden circle.

Motivation & Enthusiasm By Vincent J Barra There are two key principles needed for getting anything done in life: motivation and enthusiasm. Our daily lives are shaped by obstacles, hindrances and mishaps, but on the other hand life is also shaped by luck and good fortune. When we are motivated and enthusiastic and have a sense of commitment it then becomes easier to navigate around obstacles, jump over hurdles and change mishaps into lessons for growth, all the while stating that we are lucky and fortune is smiling down on us. But if you are lacking in these departments then roadblocks becomes insurmountable and you’ll find yourself accepting as truth your lame excuses to give up trying and simply accept what life doles out to you. When you become clearer about the goals you want to accomplish and a higher degree of understanding for your hopes and dreams you will increase within yourself a stronger sense of motivation and enthusiasm. You can then dissolved your thoughts of negative thinking and rid yourself of unfounded excuses for your failures. In turn becoming more enlightenment and more reassured of who you are and what you want out of life. The problem with most people’s thinking is an irrational fear of not being good enough and/or the feeling of not being smart enough. These thoughts will decrease your motivation and increase within your thinking a negative attitude and a dismal outlook. When faced with the dilemma of not knowing how to accomplish anything, never use the statement “I don’t know how.” or “I can’t do it.” This type of thinking will paralyze, causing you to surrender even before you get started. Instead use this statement, “I can do it, I just need to simply find out how it‘s done, then do it.” Once you have set your mind upon what you want to accomplish and what is important to your welfare, the next step is to decide what course of action is needed. You must commit yourself to do the work in order to accomplish what you desire. Become excited and enthusiastic and visualize yourself working joyously and you will succeed in life. Without action there is no growth. Nearly all of the time when we set out to do anything we have a tendency to only focus on the difficulty or the sacrifices we need to make, instead of focusing on the joy of accomplishment. Example, if you need to clean your house and just focus on the work that is involved you will lack the motivation or enthusiasm. But if you think about how you will feel (happy and a sense of accomplishment) when your house is sparkling clean and organized, you will do the work with ease and enjoyment. I repeat, once you have your list of goals and you have prioritize them, the next step is to choose one goal, become enthusiastic about starting it, while you are accomplishing it and congratulate yourself for finishing the task at hand. Another trap that we fall into is expecting and needing the approval and praise of other people. It is important to encourage and praise yourself along your progress often tell yourself you are doing a great job. You’ll soon discover your need for external praise will start to diminish. Finally, it’s time to do some inner child work. Ask yourself when and how did you lose your sense of enthusiasm and motivation for your life. Did something happen in your childhood or adulthood? When you discover the situation(s) where you lost your sense of accomplishment or when you adopted a negative attitude, it’s time work on them. Don’t overreact or become angry or upset at the situation or the transgressors. Instead ask yourself, “What did I learn from this situation?” “How can I bring closure to it and can I change my attitude and grow from it?” As you review your life resist the overwhelming feelings of being a victim instead feel like the winner. A winner because you are willing to revisit hurtful situations again, learn from them, and let them go. Then forgive yourself and know that you are growing for the better, becoming stronger, more enlightened an achiever not a defeatist.

If you follow my advice and if you do the inner child cleansing you will rediscover your enthusiasm for working on your goals and the motivation to achieve them. Life is simple, it is we mortals that make it all too complicated. Always remember this quotation: Life is an adventure to be lived, not a problem to be solved. Top 10 Tips for Good Parenting by

Even though we need a license to do many things in life—everything from driving and operating a forklift to practicing medicine and fishing— there is no license required when it comes to parenting.

And parenting today is far more difficult and very different than it was only a generation ago. Many well intentioned moms are still using outdated parenting skills and tools that simply do not work consistently. As a result, these moms experience frustration, stress and ‘mommy guilt’ on a daily basis! Fortunately, there is an approach to parenting development that consistently makes effective, good parenting a reality. I call it “Ultimate Parenting”. This time-tested, child-proofed approach brings out your very best so you can bring out the best in your children! Does “Good Parenting” Really Exist? Good parenting does exist, but it is, unfortunately, not the norm. Normally, well-meaning parents struggle with their children’s common behavior problems using discipline techniques that deliver inconsistent results and fail to teach children how to learn from their mistakes. Many commonly used forms of discipline and punishment actually lead to more misbehavior and only teach children to not get caught next time! For me (and the moms I counsel), good parenting is about bringing out the very best in your children using techniques that teach them respect, responsibility and compassion.

Top 10 Tips for Good Parenting

The key to parenting success? Start following these top 10 parenting tips below and you will actually motivate your children to want to be well behaved!

Tip #1 – If you love your kids—put yourself first! Far too many children are living with a mom who is unhappy, frazzled and stressed out. Children flourish when they are raised in a home with happy, balanced parents. The best way to give more to your children is by giving more to yourself: by doing this, you can become a valuable role model for them of a happy, healthy adult.

Kellie Nault-Matzen

Giving more to you also means you’ll be able to give more to your family. “But I don’t have time!,” I hear many moms whine. We all have 24 hours in a day, and we all need to make wise choices that put the main priorities in our life first. If we are repeatedly burning the midnight oil, we may be on the brink of burnout—not a pleasant event for you or your family.

Tip #2 – If you are married—put your marriage before your kids!

Most of us have heard of Generation X and Generation Y. But did you realize that Generation S—Generation Spoiled—is on the rise? Many children today are raised with an unhealthy sense of entitlement because their family has made them the center of the universe. And with divorce statistics still hovering at 50%, children are far too often coping with unhappy, failing marriages. A key to good parenting is to have a happy marriage in which your children can thrive—a partnership which they can use as a model for their future relationships. Take a stand and put some time into your marriage—for your family’s sake!

Tip #3 – Cherish your children.

No matter what your situation—no matter how often your children drive you crazy—know there are thousands of women in this world who would gladly trade places with you in a heartbeat. There are women who would give anything to have a child period. Strive to remember how truly fortunate you are. Hug your children at least three times a day. Tell them often how grateful you are to have the opportunity to be their parent and to become a better woman—and mother— for it!

Tip #4 – Teach your kids to fish (rather than fish for them).

Many moms (and dads) do everything for their kids. This only robs their children of the opportunity to learn selfreliance—a vital key to their self-esteem. One of the best things you can do is to help your kids learn how to do for themselves. Chapter seven of my award winning book, When You’re About to Go Off The Deep End, Don’t Take Your Kids With

You is called “How To Get Your Kids Doing Their Chores Smiling”. Some parents think I am from another planet when I even suggest that kids can learn to do chores with a smile on their face. But then they are happily amazed when they see it is possible. Keeping house (washing dishes, doing laundry, housecleaning, etc.) can teach them basic life skills everyone needs to know. And chores give children the opportunity to contribute to the household in a positive way. Watch your kids flourish when you guide them to contribute in meaningful ways to you and your family!

to them. If you consistently repeat yourself and then don’t follow through on what you’ve said, you are teaching your kids to ignore you (and especially to ignore you the first time you say you’re going to do something). If you are not going to do what you say your are going to do—you are basically teaching your children that your word is muck and can’t be trusted. By following through on your word consistently you will begin to pave the road that leads to your children hearing you the first time.

If children aren’t being appreciated and aren’t getting attention for what they do well—and when they behave well—you better believe they will learn to get attention for not behaving well!

of finding what I call your God-Spot. Whatever higher power you believe in, having faith that things will all work out in the end goes a long way to getting you through those “deep end” moments.

The more you notice what you like about what they’re doing, the more you will inspire your child to repeat their good behaviors and achievements.

Face it. You are going to mess up some days! There will also be days when you just want to cry. So hang on to your faith. When the unexpected happens, it may be all you have to help you make it through.

Tip #10 – Find Your G-Spot! Tip #5 – Focus on what you like (instead of In my book When You’re About to Go Off The Deep End, what you don’t like). Don’t Take Your Kids With You , I talk about the importance

Tip #6 – Give respect and respect it in return.

Don’t do anything to your child that you wouldn’t want your child to do to you. The list of things you don’t want to be doing includes yelling, hitting, spitting, making fun of people and putting others down. There are far better ways for you to handle conflict, stress and common misbehaviors. Commit to learning these “Ultimate Parenting” tools that are based on mutual respect.

Tip #7 – A family that plays together stays together!

Have fun—play with your kids! Laughing, tickling, and playing together is the foundation of a happy home. Having fun can go a long way in providing your family with much needed quality time and in preventing much of the needless conflict and behaviors that drive you crazy. Children who experience a regular dose of quality time with their parents do not need to act out to get their attention.

Tip #8 – Pick your fights wisely and fight honorably. Kids need to feel in control of certain areas of their life. They also need boundaries. Create family rules but ensure that there is flexibility too. For instance a family rule might be that the common areas of the home need to be clean before bed, but the tidiness of the children’s room are left up to them (as you can always shut their bedroom door if the lack of order really bugs you). Fights are based upon two people with opposing views—sometimes a third way can be found that works for both you and your child. Look to find this alternate way. If there is no third way agreeable to both you and your child ensure you present your request in a firm but gentle manner. Remember to stay focused on the issue rather than trying to be right!

Tip #9 – Say what you are going to do and stick to it. Most parents unknowingly teach their kids to not listen

Mastering these top 10 parenting tips for good parenting takes time. But the more you learn, the easier and more enjoyable your family life can become. My “Ultimate Parenting” approach is really based on common sense—but it achieves uncommon results. Many of the moms who have read my book When You’re About To Go Off The Deep End, Don’t Take Your Kids With You tell me how amazed they are at how effectively the tools bring out the best within them and the best within their children.

READER’S LETTER Dear Kerrie, I have written this letter to the woman my husband got involved with after 15 years of marriage. Being clairvoyant myself, I had seen her before in dreams. I wanted to share this with you and your readers. For me, this was an intensely and spiritually trying experience, but the learning that I got out of it was immense. Please read below. Names have been changed to protect the identity of the people involved. Dear Lisa, I knew your face before I ever laid my eyes on you, I knew your voice before you ever spoke to me. I knew for a long time the events that have played out in the past twelve months. You see now, that for me forging a friendship with you would have been impossible and it would not have changed how things have unfolded. I watched helplessly everything developing, knowing that there is nothing I can do to change it. The only thing I didn’t know was how and when it was going to come to a head. That all changed one night in September when I knew that if I didn’t do something, for me, all will be lost. That was

when I confronted Peter after he had come home. When he finally admitted to what I had known for a long time, that he has been involved with you for a while, my whole world had crumbled. Knowing something that is going to happen did not make it hurt any less. I lost my footing completely. The one person I trusted with my life implicitly has been lying to me. He has also been lying to himself and to you as well. I don’t know what your expectations were when you allowed yourself to get involved with a married family man this way. Did you expect that one day he would leave his family? Did you expect that once I find out I would leave him? Have you ever gave any thought to the consequences of your (both of your) actions? Not just regarding me but our mutual circle of friends as well. Not to even mention our children. I know that the responsibility does not solely lie with you. Only half of it does. Whatever your motivations were or reasons why you allowed this to happen, I know that you also got hurt at the end. Whatever hurt you are feeling, multiply that by a hundred fold to even try to imagine how I feel. This

is why I am writing this letter. I know that without me writing this you will never have the courage to face me. I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank you. Without your interference I would never have realised the strength that I carry within me, the courage to be able to speak my Truth and stand by it, and let shine, onto those who need it, the brilliant light I have inside me. Whatever the two of you did cannot be changed or undone. You have the right to be angry at Peter just as I have. Despite everything that happened as a result of both of your actions, maybe you and I can unite in one thing: extending our forgiveness to him. I am suggesting this for your sake as well as Peter’s. I just hope that you have the same resilience that I have and will move on with your life. If you feel inspired to reply to this, then do so. For me, this is done and dusted. I will not spend another moment of my life looking back and living in fear and pain. I am now releasing this from my life, but most of all I forgive you. I AM NOW FREE! May the light accompany you on your life’s journey. Blessed be Norah

INSPIRIT BOOK REVIEWS Lisa Williams – Life Among the Dead by Hayhouse

She is a real inspiration to all aspiring mediums out there. In this book she lets us into her personal life on a very deep level and we finally have a chance to see Lisa as the everyday person who is just as vulnerable in the throes of life as the rest of us. This book concentrates on introducing Lisa to the reader as the person she is, rather than the medium. That theme takes a backseat while we read through her personal struggles and triumphs. Karina Machado – Spirit Sisters by Hachette Australia

Spirit Sisters is a collection of real Karina Machado – Spirit Sisters by Hachette Australia Spirit Sisters is a collection of real life recounts from women who have experienced the spirit world all sorts of different ways.

Some of the stories are spinechilling, some are heartbreakingly moving and some are very much about healing to the Soul. Karina interviewed each and every woman in this book personally and relates their experiences with her intriguing story telling style. She makes no judgement on the reality or validity of these experiences, and as she expresses it in the book, for all the women in the book, their own experiences were uncompromisingly real. Karina admits that she has had an interest in the world of the unexplained since she was a child and had some experiences herself. In the last chapter of Spirit Sisters she provides a basic insight to some of the experiences as they may be explained by conventional means. The question though still remains with regards to the remainder of the experiences: what happens after we die?
