Asaf’s world-class runway shows feature international and local designers as well as premier retailers. Through passion, precision, and sheer adrenaline, she creates perfectly executed runway productions including the FULL TILT Fashion Show held during the UNITED STATES FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX™. On Friday, September 22, Asaf assembled 400 of Austin’s most influential guests to present the exciting debut of the RHYTHM Runway Show. The Show, masterfully emceed by former Miss Texas USA Holly Mills Gardner, proved to be Asaf’s biggest and most innovative fashion show to date, on par with shows at New York Fashion Week. RHYTHM featured original designs by Nha Khanh as well as Asaf’s new collection, ‘La Femme’. Special guest designer, Zoltan David - whose designs have won international acclaim – featured his exquisite line of fine jewelry. The talented experts of Jose Luis Salon managed beautifully the hair and makeup styling, with Jose Buitron himself on hand to approve, Retailers included Estilo, and FOUND, plus men’s wear lines Knot Standard, and Weathered Coalition. The show, held at The Vault Space, where 8,400sf was transformed into an electric experience that included live music by Collide. Their fierce string quartet and powerful DJ created a musical alchemy as the models made their way down the runway. Guests savored mouthwatering hors d’oeuvres, and of course, champagne! RHYTHM benefited the Women’s Symphony League of Austin and preceded their celebrated Jewell Ball hosted on Saturday, September 23.
