About us
Hyatt Magazine is a free social and cultural magazine, featuring events, entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, business, leisure, and lore. “Hyatt” in Arabic Language means Life. Its events and news guide targeting heavy populated Middle-Eastern community in Chicagoland area and soon in Michigan. Hyatt Magazine targets are to establish and strengthen Middle-Eastern social and cultural aspects and to connect the Middle-Eastern communities together. Furthermore, Hyatt Magazine is assisting in building bridges with other communities socially and economically. Hyatt Magazine published monthly to promote coverage area in an informative and positive manner, and it’s distributed throughout the area by Direct Mailing and placed in key locations. You’ll find the magazine enlightening and have interesting articles are written by someone like yourself, who cares about the community. We welcome contributions of articles, events, recording, photos, and videos; however, they will be subject to editing and availability of space and subject matter. Jesse White’s Tumblers Team The Jesse White Tumblers were created in 1959 to provide a positive alternative for inner-city kids. Team members must stay away from gangs, drug, alcohol, stay in school and maintain a minimum “C” average. The team consists of male and female participants as young as age 6. The team, with 7 units, gives more than 1,500 performances each year at major sporting events and community, business, and charity functions. The Jesse White Tumblers attract national and international attention and have performed throughout the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Bermuda, Belize, China, Israel, Tokyo, Japan, and Zagreb, Croatia. The team has also been featured in commercials, national television shows, and motion pictures.

Because the organization requires its student athletes to maintain at least a “C� average, team members and trainees who fall below this standard must attend tutoring classes or show proof that they are enrolled in a tutoring program. Recipe: Superfood Kale in Olive Oil
Ingredients: 1 lb Kale Cut into 1 inch pieces 1 Medium Onion, diced 1 Green Onion, chopped 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced 4 Tbs Olive Oil 1/4 cup Pine Nuts 3-4 Tbs Lemon Juice 1 Tbs Pomegranate Molasses 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp All Spice

Place kale in boiling water for
1-2 min, then place in ice cold water. SautĂŠ onion in olive oil for 5 min, then add garlic. After 1 min, add kale, cover and cook on low medium heat for 8-10 min. Add salt, all spice, pine nuts, lemon juice, and molasses. Serve with pita bread and your favorite pickles. Enjoy!
