About us
Hyatt Magazine is a free social and cultural magazine, featuring events, entertainment, lifestyle, business data, leisure, and lore. “Hyatt” in Arabic Language means Life. Its events and news guide targeting heavy populated MiddleEastern community in south and south west Chicago Suburb. Hyatt Magazine published monthly to promote coverage area in informative and positive manner, and it’s distributed throughout the area by several channels (Retail Locations, Medical Offices, Salons, Restaurants, and more) You’ll find our magazine enlightening and interesting articles are written by someone like yourself, who cares about the community. 4th Annual Run 4 Peace The Fourth Annual Run for Peace Raises Money for a Gaza Cancer Center for Children It’s the fourth year in a row and hundreds of runners and walkers gather at Moraine Valley Community College to begin to gather by the start line. You can see the excitement on everyone’s face. Team Palestine for the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), managed yet another successful Run for Peace. Per the usual, proceeds benefited the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, a 501c3 charity and rated four stars by Charity Navigator. On September 13, 2015, Team Palestine and PCRF partnered together to host the Fourth Annual Run for Peace. The sought after event brought hundreds to the Moraine Valley campus to run a 5K or walk one mile for the children in need of medical assistance in Palestine. This year’s efforts will go towards building a cancer center in Gaza, Palestine. In recent years, the PCRF successfully built, open and currently operates the Huda Al-Masri Cancer Center in Beit Jala, Palestine. The nearly impossible efforts to build another one in Gaza has not gone unnoticed to the Chicago community. People of all ages, color, creed and religion were all joined in unity as they crossed the start line and ended at the finish line. 11th Annual Golf Outing The Prayer of Orland Park Alhamdulilah another year, another successful outing! Severe weather from the previous night threatened the golf outing; however, the games went on and over participated in what turned out to be a most beautiful day at the Silver Lake Country Club. We would like to thank all the golfers who joined us and made for such a wonderful event. - OPPC

Grand Opening Celebration Lyla Jewelers
On Saturday, September 19, 2015 Lyla Jewelers held the grand opening celebration. The host of the evening was Lyla and Sam, also owners of Lyla Jewelers. Welcoming the community to the new location with stylish jewelry to show. In addition, a raffle was held to win Diamond Ring, Diamond Pendant or Silver earrings. As many people in the community attended to celebrate the opening.
