When I’m preparing their stay, a few days before their arrival, I try to make sure they have what they want”, informing reception if the right room has not been allocated. Of course, Marie-France also ensures that furnishings, decorations and bedding are just right, cleanliness is flawless and that little extras have been thought of, whether it be chocolates, petitfours or room fragrances.
