Erigé dans un monument classé au patrimoine historique et complété par une partie contemporaine, l’établissement tire son nom de la représentation de l’oiseau sur le macaron qui orne la façade depuis un siècle.
L’hôtel 4 étoiles a déployé ses ailes et ses 94 chambres et 6 suites, à l’entrée de la vieille ville d’Annecy, la petite Venise des Alpes. Ouvert toute l’année, il offre en été, un bar panoramique avec terrain de pétanque à l’ombre du Cèdre libanais centenaire ainsi qu’une piscine extérieure chauffée avec pool bar, le tout face au lac et aux montagnes.

La partition du Chef Sylvain Fombertasse, qui fait la part belle aux produits locaux et de saison, est accompagnée par des Dj Live Set étonnants, et l’été par une vue imprenable sur le lac d’Annecy.
