SITE PLAN [Plano de Situaón] The house due to the small size of the site should make the most of the space available. The staircase plays a key role because it serves both as vertical communication and access to the various rooms that are located in intercalated levels. This provision levels allows to optimize space and set the building layout.
SECTION & FACADES [Sección y fachadas]
La casa debido a la reducida superficie del solar debía aprovechar al maximo el espacio que disponía. La escalera juega un papel fundamental ya que sirve al mismo tiempo como comunicación vertical y acceso a las distintas habitaciones que se sitúan en niveles intercalados. Esta disposición de los niveles permite optimizar al máximo el espacio y configura la distribución del edificio.
