SITE PLAN [Plano de Situaón] A customer requested a project study for a high density residential building for a touristic area. The design try to avoid orthogonality given by the existing city urban planning. The volume follow an organic shape trying to adapt to the best southern orientation. At the same time the main facade directs its terraces to the eastern side views toward the beach. Un cliente solicitó un estudio de proyecto para un edificio residencial de alta densidad para una zona turística. El diseño intenta evitar ls ortogonalidad propuesta por el urbanismo de la ciudad existente. El volumen sigue una forma orgánica tratando de adaptarse a la mejor orientación sur. Al mismo tiempo, la fachada principal dirige sus terrazas a las vistas laterales este que miran a la playa.
