The building is located in the center of the city and takes the place of two old houses. The new building had to respect one of its facades as it was protected by municipal ordinance. This way the composition of the facade had to be studied as a whole. The new facade should fit within the entire design, ensuring the preservation of the integrity of the protected one at the same time. El edificio está situado en el centro de la ciudad y ocupa el lugar de dos antiguas casas. El nuevo edificio tenía que respetar una de sus fachadas ya que estaba protegida por la ordenanza municipal. De este modo la composición de la fachada tenía que ser estudiada como un todo. La nueva fachada debe encajar dentro de todo el diseño, asegurando la preservación de la integridad de la fachada existente.

Aid in designing, report drafting, 3d rendering models and photoshop. Ayuda en el diseño, redacción de informes, memorias, mediciones y presupuestos. Realización de modelos en 3D, renders y photoshop.
