Dear Exhibitors,

April 2015

WELCOME TO THE SANTA FE SUMMER SERIES! After a few years off, we’re thrilled to bring Grand Prix show jumping, and so much more, back to Santa Fe, New Mexico. The organizers offer you a truly unique experience in the Land of Enchantment, bringing together horse show enthusiasts in a venue that does justice to the beauty, grace and athleticism of the sport. This is our inaugural year as a full-service hunter/jumper horse show. The Equicenter de Santa Fe was purchased in January 2015 for the purpose of developing a world-class venue for horse sport. We have been busy with repairs, building arenas, making plans, ordering barns and equipment, and hiring staff as well as taking care of the many details that go into preparing a property for a quality horse show. As we retool and renovate the property, know that we have not compromised on the quality of the infrastructure and we have made every consideration possible with an eye toward the future and toward an enjoyable, safe, and comfortable environment for the entire equestrian community—horses, exhibitors, staff and spectators. As a start-up venture, we know there will be plenty of challenges and opportunities and we welcome your ideas about the Santa Fe Summer Series and the Equicenter de Santa Fe facility. We look forward to sharing our plans for the future and the continued development of this venue and series. More importantly, we want you to be a part of it. We want our show series to be your favorite; from our superior service for our exhibitors, the excellent horse facilities, the beautiful views and weather to the unique environment that Santa Fe has to offer visitors, we believe you’ll want to come to our horse show year after year. Santa Fe is a busy summer tourist destination with plenty of other activities, such as Indian Market, the Santa Fe Opera and many other events. As such, we encourage you to make your travel and accommodation plans early. Please visit page 58 for our host hotel accommodations and special group rates. You can book all hotels online by visiting www.equicenterdesantafe.com We thank you for your support of the Santa Fe Summer Series. We are indebted to our exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers, vendors and spectators, both new and old, who support our vision of a world-class equestrian event. We look forward to seeing you this summer!!

Sincerely,

The Organizers of the Santa Fe Summer Series Santa Fe Summer Series Main Office 505-474-0999 info@equicenterdesantafe.com www.equicenterdesantafe.com equicenterdesantafe.com
