e Ministre des Affaires Etrangères et de la Coopération, Dr. Saad Dine El Otmani a rencontré, mardi 19 février 2013, à Rabat, M. Antonio Monteiro, Président du Groupe maroco-portugais d’impulsion économique. Ce groupe œuvre pour le développement d’une nouvelle vision dans le but de trouver des opportunités pour la promotion des relations économiques entre les deux pays. Des relations qui, néanmoins, restent en deçà des attentes, a indiqué Dr. El Otmani.

n Tuesday 19 February 2013 in Rabat, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. Saad Dine El Otmani met with Mr. Antonio M o n t e i r o , Chairman of the M o r o c c a n Portuguese Group for Economic Development. This group works to promote economic relations between Morocco and Portugal – relations that are currently below expectations, according to Dr. El Otmani.

r Saad Dine El Otmani, Ministre des Affaires Étrangères et de la Coopération, a reçu, lundi 4 mars 2013, à Rabat, la Ministre finlandaise du Développement international, Mme Heidi Anneli Hautala, en visite au Maroc. L’entretien a porté principalement sur les opportunités d’élargissement du champ de la coopération bilatérale. Mme Heidi Anneli Hautala a salué, au terme de la rencontre, le pas franchi par le Royaume en faveur de la promotion des droits et des libertés notamment en matière d’émancipation de la femme, du respect de ses droits et de l’égalité entre les deux sexes.

n Monday 4 March 2013 in Rabat, Saad Dine El Otmani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, received the Finnish Minister of International Development, Mrs. Heidi Anneli Hautala, who is visiting Morocco. Their meeting focused on expanding opportunities for cooperation between Morocco and Finland. At the end of the meeting,Mrs. Hautala praised the step taken by the Kingdom for the promotion of human rights and civil liberties, particularly in the domains of women’s issues and gender equality.

e représentant permanent du Maroc à l’ONU, Mohamed Loulichki était l’invité de la célèbre journaliste Christiane Amanpour sur la chaîne américaine «CNN», le 6 mars dernier. La thématique était placée sous le signe du «dernier territoire occupé: le Sahara Occidental», ce qui n’a pas manqué d’irriter d’emblée Loulichki. Selon l’Ambassadeur Loulichki, quant au Polisario, «il s’agit d’un groupuscule qui prospère dans l’illégalité et l’irrespect des droits de l’homme, avec des accointances avec le terrorisme de la région du Sahel».

n March 6, the Permanent Representative of Morocco at the United Nations, Ambassador Mohamed Loulichki, was invited by the famous journalist Christiane Amanpour to speak on the American television channel CNN. The theme of the interview was «The Last Occupied Territory: Western Sahara», which clearly irritated the Ambassador. According to Loulichki, Polisario «is a tiny group that thrives on illegality and disrespect for human rights, with connections to terrorism in the Sahel region».
